Organo\u00efdes : des mini-organes qui poussent en laboratoire<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Le Labex Who Am I ? vous convie \u00e0 une visite insolite consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 un de ses sujets phares : les organo\u00efdes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Participez \u00e0 un parcours unique d\u00e9butant par une courte introduction sur les concepts des cellules souches, des organo\u00efdes et de la technologie CRISPR, aussi appel\u00e9e \u00ab ciseaux mol\u00e9culaires \u00bb, r\u00e9cemment prim\u00e9e d\u2019un prix Nobel. Puis entrez dans la peau des scientifiques en enfilant blouses et gants et p\u00e9n\u00e9trez dans la salle dite de \u00ab culture cellulaire \u00bb pour d\u00e9couvrir les cellules souches. Dans une autre pi\u00e8ce, observez des organo\u00efdes \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents stades d\u2019\u00e9volution et aidez les chercheurs dans leurs exp\u00e9riences. Enfin, avec la microscopie \u00e0 fluorescence, vous en verrez de toutes les couleurs en observant des coupes d\u2019organo\u00efdes.<\/p>\n
