Dans le cadre d’un projet intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Femmes En Sciences\u00a0\u00bb, l’Association F\u00e9d\u00e9rative Nationale des \u00c9tudiant.e.s Universitaire Scientifique (AFNEUS) organise son premier congr\u00e8s Femmes En Sciences qui aura lieu les 18, 19 et 20 f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 la Cit\u00e9 des Sciences \u00e0 Paris. Who Am I? soutient ce projet financi\u00e8rement mais aussi logistiquement, en proposant des intervenantes potentielles issues de ses \u00e9quipes partenaires. Ainsi, Sophie POLO, directrice de recherche INSERM, cheffe de l’\u00e9quipe \u00ab\u00a0Int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de l’\u00e9pig\u00e9nome\u00a0\u00bb dans l’unit\u00e9 \u00c9pig\u00e9n\u00e9tique et Destin Cellulaire, interviendra lors de la conf\u00e9rence pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re en Biologie, le samedi 19 f\u00e9vrier.<\/div>\n

Cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement vise \u00e0 mettre en avant les femmes dans les carri\u00e8res et les cursus scientifiques car leur place y est plus que n\u00e9cessaire, de d\u00e9construire les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre mais aussi de mettre en avant la diversit\u00e9 des m\u00e9tiers et des carri\u00e8res scientifiques.
Des conf\u00e9rences et des temps d’\u00e9change seront propos\u00e9s durant l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement et seront accessibles \u00e0 toutes et \u00e0 tous, que vous soyez scientifique ou non. De plus, vous pourrez aller discuter avec de nombreux.euses professionnel.le.s du monde scientifique. Vous pourrez alors en apprendre plus sur leur quotidien de chercheur.euse, doctorant.e, enseignant.e, technicien\u00b7ne, etc. D\u2019autres supports tels que des projections, des bandes dessin\u00e9es et des jeux de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s seront \u00e0 votre disposition pour en d\u00e9couvrir encore plus. Des ateliers de science participative seront \u00e0 disposition afin de d\u00e9couvrir tous les aspects de la science et d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles passions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Le symposium \u00ab Epigenetics in cancer \u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 co-organis\u00e9 par Pierre-Antoine DEFOSSEZ (\u00c9pig\u00e9n\u00e9tique et Destin Cellulaire et repr\u00e9sentant de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9) et la National University of Singapore. Il devait initialement avoir lieu au printemps 2020 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9 du 15 au 17 f\u00e9vrier 2021 sous un format 100 % virtuel. Plusieurs chercheurs membres du Labex et de l'unit\u00e9 \u00c9pig\u00e9n\u00e9tique et Destin Cellulaire sont intervenus lors de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement : Slimane AIT-SI-ALI, Pierre-Antoine DEFOSSEZ, Claire ROUGEULLE et Jonathan WEITZMAN.<\/p>
