1) Adaptation of intestinal stem cells to injury – impact on stem cell niche plasticity and tissue integrity<\/em><\/strong>
Dans ce projet, la question de la r\u00e9gulation du destin des cellules souches intestinales est abord\u00e9e \u00e0 l’aide d’organo\u00efdes intestinaux comme syst\u00e8me mod\u00e8le. Les objectifs de ces travaux, r\u00e9unissant quatre \u00e9quipes, sont de d\u00e9finir comment la division cellulaire contribue \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer le devenir des cellules souches intestinales et comment leur identit\u00e9 est maintenue.
2) Neural organoids to investigate interplays between mechanical and transcriptional cues underpinning normal and pathological neurodevelopment<\/em><\/strong>
Dans ce projet, huit \u00e9quipes aux expertises compl\u00e9mentaires visent \u00e0 \u00e9tudier les interactions entre les signaux m\u00e9caniques et transcriptionnels qui dictent la dynamique spatio-temporelle du destin et de la forme cellulaire, sous-tendant le d\u00e9veloppement normal ou pathologique du syst\u00e8me nerveux central humain.<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n

Pour cela, ce projet s’appuie sur et renforce les plates-formes existantes. De plus, les interactions entre biologistes, philosophes et historiens des sciences sont favoris\u00e9es autour de l’\u00e9tude du concept de cellule.
2) Decoding locus-\u00adspecific molecular interaction networks – DECODERS
<\/em><\/strong>R\u00e9unissant de nombreuses \u00e9quipes de l’Institut Jacques Monod, de l’Institut Cochin et de l’unit\u00e9 Epign\u00e9tique et Destin Cellulaire, ce consortium vise \u00e0 d\u00e9coder des r\u00e9seaux d’interactions mol\u00e9culaires locus-sp\u00e9cifiques. Le d\u00e9veloppement d’approches de prot\u00e9omique et de transcriptomique spatialement r\u00e9solues permet cette \u00e9tude au niveau de s\u00e9quences g\u00e9nomiques individuelles.<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n

1) Who am I Single Cell Initiative – WISCI<\/em><\/strong>
Ce projet r\u00e9unit quatre \u00e9quipes dont l’objectif est de lever les limitations \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des exp\u00e9riences de g\u00e9nomique Single-Cell \u00e0 Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9. Pour cela, ce projet s’appuie sur et renforce les plates-formes existantes. De plus, les interactions entre biologistes, philosophes et historiens des sciences sont favoris\u00e9es autour de l’\u00e9tude du concept de cellule.
2) Decoding locus-\u00adspecific molecular interaction networks – DECODERS
<\/em><\/strong>R\u00e9unissant de nombreuses \u00e9quipes de l’Institut Jacques Monod, de l’Institut Cochin et de l’unit\u00e9 Epign\u00e9tique et Destin Cellulaire, ce consortium vise \u00e0 d\u00e9coder des r\u00e9seaux d’interactions mol\u00e9culaires locus-sp\u00e9cifiques. Le d\u00e9veloppement d’approches de prot\u00e9omique et de transcriptomique spatialement r\u00e9solues permet cette \u00e9tude au niveau de s\u00e9quences g\u00e9nomiques individuelles.<\/p>\n

Ce dernier projet s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 a deux objectifs principaux : combiner plusieurs techniques m\u00e9canobiologiques et optiques sur les m\u00eames montages pour effectuer des mesures simultan\u00e9es, et utiliser ces technologies pour explorer les liens entre d\u00e9veloppement tumoral et m\u00e9tabolisme.
