Dans un contexte de tensions g\u00e9opolitiques, au lendemain des \u00e9lections europ\u00e9ennes, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne est au c\u0153ur des pr\u00e9occupations des Europ\u00e9ens (pour 72% d\u2019entre eux au moins). Depuis f\u00e9vrier 2022, la donne a chang\u00e9 et les attentes des Europ\u00e9ens \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n

Les mutations des \u00e9quilibres internes au continent europ\u00e9en induisent une red\u00e9finition de la d\u00e9fense et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 face \u00e0 des menaces ainsi que des d\u00e9fis majeurs et hydrides qui am\u00e8nent les Etats mmebres \u00e0 se repositionner vers une d\u00e9fense europ\u00e9enne qui serait un pilier europ\u00e9en de l\u2019OTAN et un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9terminant de l\u2019alliance transatlantique.<\/p>\n

La strat\u00e9gie europ\u00e9enne de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est bas\u00e9e quatre axes clefs\u00a0: la lutte contre le terrorisme et la criminalit\u00e9 organis\u00e9e, l\u2019environnement de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (infrastructures critiques, cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, protection des espaces publics), l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (recherche et innovation, fronti\u00e8res ext\u00e9rieures, \u00e9changes d\u2019information), les menaces hybrides.<\/p>\n

Si en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9fense, les comp\u00e9tences sont nationales, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la coop\u00e9ration industrielle de d\u00e9fense \u00e9voluent vers davantage de solutions communes, pour une Europe souveraine, capable d\u2019assurer sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9, dans d\u00e9marche strat\u00e9gique en compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 avec celle de l\u2019OTAN.<\/span><\/p>\n
