La diplomatie active de l\u2019Inde s\u2019ins\u00e8re dans un arc sud-asiatique tout en maintenant des relations, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant contrari\u00e9es, entre rivalit\u00e9s et coop\u00e9rations, etc.<\/p>\n

De plus, la g\u00e9opolitique l\u2019Oc\u00e9an indien est inclusive des environnements et \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes r\u00e9gionaux. Elle construit des ponts vers les pays voisins et s\u2019adapte aux mutations issues des ouvertures politiques, \u00e9conomiques et soci\u00e9tales.<\/p>\n
