De la Litt\u00e9rature \u00e0 l\u2019Histoire de l\u2019Art, en passant par l\u2019Histoire, les cours r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 un besoin croissant d\u2019une formation tout au long de la vie du public accueilli. La G\u00e9opolitique est l\u2019une des disciplines ayant rencontr\u00e9 le plus d\u2019inscriptions, cette ann\u00e9e. Europe centrale, orientale et Europe du nord) et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Mes domaines d\u2019intervention sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 ces deux probl\u00e9matiques -europ\u00e9ennes et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques-, avec un tropisme qui est celui des Sciences Politiques, une orientation \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9fense, strat\u00e9gie et s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. J\u2019interviens dans des structures priv\u00e9es et publiques, aupr\u00e8s d\u2019\u00e9tudiants \u00ab\u00a0classiques\u00a0\u00bb mais aussi aupr\u00e8s de professionnels.<\/p>\n Pourriez-vous nous parler de votre enseignement \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Ouverte\u00a0?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n J\u2019ai connu l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Ouverte de Paris Diderot il y a 5 ans environ. \u00a0J\u2019ai beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la pluridisciplinarit\u00e9 des enseignements propos\u00e9s par l\u2019UO ainsi que le profil des stagiaires. Cette interdisciplinarit\u00e9 donne une ouverture exceptionnelle sur le monde en mutation.<\/p>\n Quel est le profil des stagiaires de l\u2019UO\u00a0?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n A l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Ouverte, le challenge est de r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 faire passer un message \u00e0 un public \u00ab\u00a0multidimensionnel\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: les stagiaires viennent de tous horizons\u00a0: niveaux d\u2019\u00e9tudes, professionnels et sociaux. Ils ont de grandes connaissances, sans toujours le savoir, ils sont pour la plupart retrait\u00e9s, de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00ab\u00a0Guerre Froide\u00a0\u00bb et sont tr\u00e8s volontaires. Ils viennent souvent de loin pour suivre les cours et sont tr\u00e8s assidus et interactifs.<\/p>\n Quelques stagiaires sont beaucoup plus jeunes. L\u00e0 encore, ils viennent par int\u00e9r\u00eat intellectuel car il n\u2019y a pas de dipl\u00f4me \u00e0 la cl\u00e9. Comme son nom l\u2019indique, l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Ouverte est accessible \u00e0 tous, sans condition de niveau d\u2019\u00e9tudes.\u00a0<\/p>\n Pourquoi enseignez-vous \u00e0 l\u2019UO\u00a0?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Enseigner \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Ouverte demande de se surpasser pour \u00eatre \u00e0 la hauteur de son public et c\u2019est cela qui est int\u00e9ressant. Les stagiaires posent de nombreuses questions qui obligent \u00e0 se remettre en cause et donc \u00e0 avancer. Je pense qu\u2019il est important d\u2019\u00eatre vrai et j\u2019ai tendance \u00e0 plus vivre mon cours plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 le \u00ab faire \u00bb. Pour d\u00e9livrer un message et pour qu\u2019il soit re\u00e7u correctement, il faut \u00eatre convaincu soi-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n Comment avez-vous choisi vos th\u00e9matiques de cours\u00a0? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Ce qui est int\u00e9ressant c\u2019est de faire comprendre \u00e0 une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00ab\u00a0Guerre Froide\u00a0\u00bb o\u00f9 tout \u00e9tait fig\u00e9, le monde actuel qui bouge partout, \u00ab\u00a0dans tous les sens\u00a0\u00bb. Les param\u00e8tres ne sont plus les m\u00eames et ils sont intemporels. Il faut rassurer le public pour lui montrer qu\u2019il est dans le mouvement, qu\u2019il fait partie int\u00e9grante du monde dans lequel nous sommes, qu\u2019il en est m\u00eame le pilier\u00a0: la plupart des stagiaires sont la m\u00e9moire, l\u2019Histoire.<\/p>\n Les sujets sont donc choisis en fonction de l\u2019actualit\u00e9, des tendances lourdes. Ce ne sont pas des th\u00e9matiques \u00ab\u00a0effet\u00a0de mode\u00a0\u00bb, mais plut\u00f4t des sujets \u00ab\u00a0piliers\u00a0\u00bb pour comprendre le monde actuel. D\u2019o\u00f9 le cours sur la Chine qui est actuellement en \u00e9mergence, avec notamment une s\u00e9ance sur Hong-Kong. \u00ab\u00a0L\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne\u00a0\u00bb, est abord\u00e9e avec diff\u00e9rentes th\u00e9matiques, comme le Brexit.
