\u00ab\u00a0Qu\u2019ont en commun le groupe de pop BTS et la s\u00e9rie Squid Game ? Tous deux appartiennent \u00e0 la nouvelle vague de produits culturels sud-cor\u00e9ens, connue sous le nom de Hallyu, qui d\u00e9ferle sur le monde et surprend par l\u2019engouement qu\u2019elle suscite.<\/p>\n

Cet ouvrage, le premier en langue fran\u00e7aise consacr\u00e9 au sujet, montre comment cette pop culture, fruit de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me politique et \u00e9conomique sud-cor\u00e9en, mise sur l\u2019exportation massive de produits culturels \u00e0 l\u2019esth\u00e9tique innovante. En s\u2019appuyant sur ces leviers de soft power, la Cor\u00e9e du Sud promeut une globalisation culturelle alternative \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00e9g\u00e9monie am\u00e9ricaine et japonaise dans le domaine des imaginaires juv\u00e9niles.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 travers de nombreux entretiens, les deux auteurs analysent la ferveur des jeunes fans fran\u00e7ais, qui ne s\u2019appuie sur aucune proximit\u00e9 culturelle pr\u00e9existante, t\u00e9moigne d\u2019une nouvelle ouverture esth\u00e9tique et les autorise \u00e0 imaginer des ailleurs d\u00e9sirables, par-del\u00e0 les assignations de genre, de classe ou d\u2019origine.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n
