La bi\u00e8re est l\u2019une des plus anciennes boissons ferment\u00e9es de l\u2019humanit\u00e9. Les arch\u00e9ologues ont identifi\u00e9 ses traces vieilles de 13.000 ans, avant la domestication des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales. Son histoire traverse 5 continents. La bi\u00e8re accompagne l\u2019\u00e9volution des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s depuis le n\u00e9olithique en Asie, en Afrique, en Europe, en Am\u00e9rique, et bien plus tard dans le nord de l\u2019Australie. La bi\u00e8re offre mille et un visages. Notre bi\u00e8re industrielle filtr\u00e9e, p\u00e9tillante et mousseuse, n\u2019est que l\u2019un de ses avatars modernes. La bi\u00e8re est un parfait v\u00e9hicule pour remonter le temps. D\u00e9couvrir et go\u00fbter des bi\u00e8res autochtones en Afrique, en Amazonie, en Inde ou en Chine, c\u2019est ouvrir une fen\u00eatre sur le pass\u00e9 de l\u2019humanit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Christian Berger est historien de la bi\u00e8re. Ancien brasseur de la premi\u00e8re micro-brasserie cr\u00e9\u00e9e \u00e0 Paris en 1987. Co-auteur avec Ph. 43 ans apr\u00e8s son av\u00e8nement, le r\u00e9gime islamique d\u2019Iran est rejet\u00e9 par la majorit\u00e9 \u00e9crasante de la population comme en t\u00e9moigne les manifestations de rue, les gr\u00e8ves dans les universit\u00e9s et les \u00e9coles, les usines ou encore les industries de p\u00e9trochimie, malgr\u00e9 la r\u00e9pression f\u00e9roce des manifestants, dont des enfants. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans l'histoire contemporaine de l'Iran, les jeunes femmes \u00e9duqu\u00e9es sont \u00e0 l'avant-garde des protestations. Leur col\u00e8re accumul\u00e9e depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es s'exprime contre l'islam politique au pouvoir, ses d\u00e9fenseurs, pr\u00e9ceptes, institutions et lois.<\/p>

De nombreuses femmes iraniennes ont particip\u00e9 aux r\u00e9volutions et aux mouvements sociaux en Iran depuis la r\u00e9volution constitutionnelle de 1906 et ont contribu\u00e9 aux transformations sociales. L'\u00e9cart entre le comportement social, politique, d\u00e9mographique ou culturel moderne des Iraniennes et les lois et institutions archa\u00efques du r\u00e9gime islamique et sa talibanisation, sont parmi des facteurs explicatifs cruciaux de la r\u00e9bellion des jeunes femmes et hommes aujourd'hui.<\/p>

Azadeh Kian est professeur de sociologie, directrice du Centre d'\u00e9nseignement et de recherches en \u00e9tude f\u00e9ministe (cedref.wordpress-test.app.u-pariscite.fr<\/a>) et de sa revue Les Cahiers du CEDREF (journals.openedition.org\/cedref<\/a>) \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9. Elle a obtenu sa licence \u00e0 Paris, son Master et son doctorat \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9 de Californie-Los Angeles (UCLA).\u00a0 Ses enseignements et ses recherches portent sur politique et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en Iran et au Moyen-Orient, genre et islam, genre et les perspectives postcoloniales et intersectionnelles, f\u00e9minismes au Moyen-Orient.<\/p>
