Car une autre d\u00e9cision de la Cour supr\u00eame \u00e0 majorit\u00e9 r\u00e9publicaine, datant de juillet dernier, a renforc\u00e9 cette immunit\u00e9, \u00e9largissant son champ d’application. Cependant, la d\u00e9finition de ce qui constitue un \u00ab acte officiel \u00bb reste floue, et des questions cruciales, comme celle de l’auto-gr\u00e2ce pr\u00e9sidentielle, restent sans r\u00e9ponse en raison de l\u2019abandon des poursuites.<\/p>\n

Cette \u00e9volution soul\u00e8ve des inqui\u00e9tudes sur son impact sur la d\u00e9mocratie et la s\u00e9paration des pouvoirs. Le cas de Trump illustre comment le politique peut primer sur le juridique, sa r\u00e9\u00e9lection lui ayant permis de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019immunit\u00e9.
