Il s’int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement dans le contexte socio-d\u00e9mographique de l\u2019\u00cele-de-France, qui, contrairement \u00e0 bien des id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues, constitue une des plus grandes r\u00e9gions agricoles de notre pays (48% du territoire francilien est constitu\u00e9 de terres agricoles).<\/p>\n Le plus souvent per\u00e7ue comme \u00e9tant un passeport assur\u00e9 vers l\u2019emploi, la formation professionnelle, sp\u00e9cifiquement en apprentissage, fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une forte valorisation dans le discours des responsables politiques, ainsi que d\u2019un soutien financier cons\u00e9quent en termes de politiques publiques. En France, en 2021, pr\u00e8s d\u2019un million (37% des jeunes scolaris\u00e9s) de jeunes adolescentes et adolescents, \u00e2g\u00e9s de 15 \u00e0 18 ans, se sont orient\u00e9s vers des dipl\u00f4mes (CAP ou Bac Pro) en lyc\u00e9e professionnel ou en centre de formation des apprentis (CFA). Peu de travaux mettent la lumi\u00e8re sur la sant\u00e9 au travail de ces jeunes. Pourtant, les derniers chiffres disponibles ne laissent aucune \u00e9quivoque : 9 jeunes sortants de la voie professionnelle sur 10 sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 au moins un risque physique ou chimique sur leur poste de travail. Ces chiffres t\u00e9moignent de l\u2019urgence de se saisir de ces enjeux : en effet, alors qu\u2019ils sont tr\u00e8s jeunes, en construction physique et psychique, ces jeunes sont massivement expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des risques majeurs, \u00e0 court terme (accidents du travail) et \u00e0 long terme (maladies professionnelles).<\/p>\n Zo\u00e9 Rollin travaille sur les questions de sant\u00e9 au travail des jeunes depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, notamment dans le cadre d\u2019un projet de recherche co-port\u00e9 avec le GISCOP 93 et soutenu par l\u2019Institut National du Cancer. Cette chaire permettra de poursuivre et compl\u00e9ter ces travaux en engageant une vaste analyse des situations sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 la fili\u00e8re agricole, un secteur marqu\u00e9 par la p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9 du travail, et particuli\u00e8rement expos\u00e9 aux risques en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 au travail et \u00e0 la difficult\u00e9 de les pr\u00e9venir. Les derni\u00e8res statistiques publi\u00e9es montrent que les jeunes travailleuses et travailleurs sortant de la fili\u00e8re professionnelle agricole sont particuli\u00e8rement expos\u00e9s et peu au fait de la pr\u00e9vention des risques physiques et chimiques. Associant des m\u00e9thodes mixtes et de recherche-action, ce projet de recherche contribuera \u00e0 mieux comprendre la mani\u00e8re dont ces expositions se d\u00e9roulent et sont per\u00e7ues. Il visera aussi \u00e0 identifier les leviers et les freins \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention des dangers au travail de ces jeunes actives et actifs et \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter des espaces de pr\u00e9vention ad\u00e9quats, dans le cadre de la formation professionnelle.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n La R\u00e9gion finance tous les ans des projets de recherche en SHS, pour interroger sur les mutations de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, analyser les enjeux propres du territoire d\u2019Ile-de-France et avoir un impact direct et durable sur la r\u00e9gion et ses actrices et acteurs.
