Apr\u00e8s des d\u00e9cennies de fantasmes n\u00e9olib\u00e9raux sur les vertus r\u00e9gulatrices du march\u00e9, les gouvernants reparlent aujourd’hui de \u00a0\u00bb plani\ufb01cation \u00a0\u00bb face \u00e0 l’urgence climatique. Au-del\u00e0 des af\ufb01chages, en quoi consisterait une authentique plani\ufb01cation \u00e9cologique ?
Ce livre propose de revenir sur l’histoire de cette notion au XXe si\u00e8cle, entre \u00e9conomies de guerre et exp\u00e9riences socialistes, de revisiter les d\u00e9bats classiques ayant oppos\u00e9 les adeptes du \u00a0\u00bb signal prix \u00a0\u00bb et ceux du \u00a0\u00bb calcul en nature \u00ab\u00a0, mais aussi de montrer en quoi la situation actuelle est porteuse de possibilit\u00e9s de plani\ufb01cation nouvelles. Le d\u00e9ploiement ma\u00eetris\u00e9 des outils num\u00e9riques, des techniques comptables novatrices et l’approfondissement des institutions de la d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration collective peuvent donner lieu \u00e0 un gouvernement de la production par les besoins. Tant qu’ils resteront pris dans le carcan du \u00a0\u00bb libre march\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0, les \u00e9cogestes des consommateurs se r\u00e9v\u00e9leront impuissants. Ce sont les structures \u00e9conomiques qu’il s’agit de transformer pour r\u00e9duire l’impact \u00e9cologique des activit\u00e9s humaines.
