Fanny Chabrol est sociologue et membre du Centre Population et D\u00e9veloppement (CEPED). Depuis la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19, la sant\u00e9 globale est \u00e0 l\u2019honneur. \u00c0 quoi ce terme fait-il r\u00e9f\u00e9rence\u00a0<\/small>? Au-del\u00e0 des menaces \u00e9pid\u00e9miques, il renvoie \u00e0 une construction \u00e9conomique, sociale et politique \u2013 un champ d\u2019action \u2013 qui s\u2019est structur\u00e9e \u00e0 partir des ann\u00e9es 1990. Conjonction d\u2019acteurs, de savoirs et de pratiques, cette forme de gouvernement mondial de la sant\u00e9 rompt avec celles qui l\u2019ont pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e, mais aussi en h\u00e9rite \u2013 la m\u00e9decine tropicale impos\u00e9e par les empires coloniaux aussi bien que la sant\u00e9 publique internationale promue par l\u2019ONU apr\u00e8s les d\u00e9colonisations.
Cet ouvrage prend pour objet cette mondialisation de la sant\u00e9, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par des assemblages globaux. Il analyse en particulier les liens entre sant\u00e9 et d\u00e9veloppement, les politiques du m\u00e9dicament, les circulations de la biom\u00e9decine ou de ses alternatives et le tournant n\u00e9olib\u00e9ral en sant\u00e9, autant de ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes abord\u00e9s par une diversit\u00e9 de travaux en histoire et en anthropologie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
