Depuis quelques d\u00e9cennies, nous vivons des bouleversements consid\u00e9rables aussi bien par leur rapidit\u00e9 que par leur ampleur. Ils modifient nos conditions d\u2019existence sur tous les plans : personnel, politique, culturel. Au point que la plupart des rep\u00e8res traditionnels qui assurent notre compr\u00e9hension du monde s\u2019effritent progressivement. Pourtant, les descriptions factuelles de ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes physiques, sociologiques, d\u00e9mographiques, \u00e9conomiques, politiques, militaires et autres ne manquent pas. Nous pouvons donc en avoir une connais\u00adsance pr\u00e9cise et souvent chiffr\u00e9e. Quel peut donc \u00eatre l\u2019apport de la philosophie ? La t\u00e2che propre de celle-ci est, sur la base de ces descriptions d\u2019ordre scientifique, de tenter d\u2019\u00e9lucider les enjeux et les significations de ces bouleversements au plan existentiel, ainsi que de tracer nos possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n

Il doit en \u00eatre ainsi pour la reconfiguration du monde \u00e0 travers les cons\u00e9quences du changement climatique, les modifications produites par les biotechnologies sur la parent\u00e9 et l\u2019identit\u00e9, celles engendr\u00e9es par les technologies de l\u2019information et de la commu\u00adnication sur nos modes de vie, l\u2019extension de la marchandisation y compris sur le corps humain, les implications de l\u2019intelligence artificielle, la question du rapport entre le cerveau et la pens\u00e9e, l\u2019apparition d\u2019une nouvelle forme de biopolitique, les nouvelles figures de la violence, mais aussi les nouvelles formes de guerre.<\/p>\n

La perspective n\u2019est pas d\u2019\u00e9laborer une vision syst\u00e9matique de notre condition, d\u2019ailleurs tout \u00e0 fait impossible, mais de multiplier les points de vue et les approches pour en \u00e9clairer certains aspects.<\/p>\n
