La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la Welcome Week de la facult\u00e9 s\u2019est tenue du 16 au 20 janvier 2023 sur les sites Od\u00e9on et Grands Moulins. Pr\u00e8s de 125 \u00e9tudiants ont pu assister aux divers \u00e9v\u00e9nement organis\u00e9s pendant cette semaine d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019accueil et \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement des \u00e9tudiants internationaux entrants de la facult\u00e9, dont 62 ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l’activit\u00e9 organis\u00e9 dans le cadre du Buddy programme.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

De nombreuses animations ont ponctu\u00e9 ces 5 jours : amphis de pr\u00e9sentation, ateliers pour d\u00e9couvrir les services propos\u00e9s par l\u2019universit\u00e9, comprendre les proc\u00e9dures d\u2019inscription, le syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale et de mutuelle, faciliter la recherche d\u2019un logement, visites culturelles sur la th\u00e9matique du f\u00e9minisme et de l’art contemporain (en partenariat avec le p\u00f4le culture de l\u2019universit\u00e9) en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais, distribution des cartes d\u2019\u00e9tudiant etc. Un apr\u00e8s midi a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux \u00e9tudiants souhaitant s’investir dans le buddy programme de la facult\u00e9, r\u00e9unissant 62 \u00e9tudiants. Cette activit\u00e9 a permis aux \u00e9tudiants en \u00e9change de rencontrer leurs parrains et marraines de l\u2019universit\u00e9. La semaine s\u2019est cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e sur une note festive et conviviale dans un bar privatis\u00e9 \u00e0 cet effet lors de la welcome party.<\/p>\n

Quelques commentaires tr\u00e8s enthousiastes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7us sur le questionnaire de satisfaction (anonyme) envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les participants une fois les \u00e9v\u00e9nements termin\u00e9s :<\/p>\n

De nombreuses animations ont ponctu\u00e9 ces 5 jours : amphis de pr\u00e9sentation, ateliers pour d\u00e9couvrir les services propos\u00e9s par l\u2019universit\u00e9, comprendre les proc\u00e9dures d\u2019inscription, le syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale et de mutuelle, faciliter la recherche d\u2019un logement, visites culturelles sur la th\u00e9matique du f\u00e9minisme (en partenariat avec le p\u00f4le culture de l\u2019universit\u00e9) et de campus en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais, distribution des cartes d\u2019\u00e9tudiant etc.<\/p>

Les \u00e9tudiants ont \u00e9galement pu profiter des stands et animations propos\u00e9s dans le cadre du jour J de la JAVA, le jeudi 15 sur l'esplanade des Grands Moulins. La semaine s\u2019est termin\u00e9e par un cocktail au bar EP7 qui a permis aux \u00e9tudiants de se rencontrer et d\u2019\u00e9changer dans un cadre plus festif et convivial.<\/p>
