Comment \u00e9voluent les relations triadiques m\u00e8re-p\u00e8re-enfant avant et apr\u00e8s la naissance ? Quelles relations entretiennent-elles avec la conjugalit\u00e9 et la coparentalit\u00e9 ? Si ces trois termes sont li\u00e9s, ils ont rarement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s dans leurs rapports les uns aux autres. C\u2019est cette lacune que la jeune laur\u00e9ate cherche \u00e0 combler gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une vaste \u00e9tude en deux volets, men\u00e9e en partenariat avec le p\u00f4le m\u00e8re-enfant de l\u2019h\u00f4pital Jacques Monod et l\u2019unit\u00e9 Panda du service de p\u00e9dopsychiatrie, au Havre (76), ainsi que le service de n\u00e9onatalogie du l\u2019h\u00f4pital Louis Mourier, \u00e0 Colombes (92).<\/p>\n
Dans l\u2019\u00e9chantillon de 90 triades p\u00e8re-m\u00e8re-b\u00e9b\u00e9 qui nourrira sa recherche, Jessica Letot souhaite inclure des m\u00e8res pr\u00e9sentant un trouble psychopathologique ainsi que des familles confront\u00e9es \u00e0 une naissance pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e de l\u2019enfant. Le recueil des donn\u00e9es et les entretiens auront lieu en suites de couches, \u00e0 un mois post-partum et trois mois postpartum.<\/p>\n
Jessica Letot souhaite ainsi d\u00e9crire les relations p\u00e8re-m\u00e8re et leur lien avec le risque de d\u00e9pression pr\u00e9natale ; ainsi que la communication triadique \u00e0 la naissance et apr\u00e8s, y compris dans une situation de psychopathologie parentale ou de naissance pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e. Objectif : rep\u00e9rer au plus t\u00f4t d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles difficult\u00e9s et ainsi favoriser un meilleur accompagnement des parents.<\/p>\n
