Qu\u2019est-ce r\u00e9ellement qu\u2019une addiction comportementale ? Parmi les principales, nous comptons les addictions aux achats, aux jeux de hasard et d\u2019argent, au travail, \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique, \u00e0 la sexualit\u00e9 ou encore les troubles des conduites alimentaires. Autant de situations et d\u2019objets auxquels il peut \u00eatre difficile de r\u00e9sister.<\/p>\n
