\u00e0 la covid-19, les personnels des structures hospitali\u00e8res ont brutalement \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des situations in\u00e9dites qui ont provoqu\u00e9 des \u00e9motions (aux cons\u00e9quences) diff\u00e9rentes. Certaines ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 cette situation quand d\u2019autres ont pu faire obstacle au plein exercice de la profession.<\/p>\n Plus de deux ans apr\u00e8s, ce colloque souhaite revenir sur les \u00e9motions des personnels hospitaliers, exprim\u00e9es explicitement ou implicitement et dans des circonstances diverses au fil de la crise sanitaire, que cela soit dans ou en dehors de l\u2019Hexagone. Cet axe visera \u00e0 r\u00e9pertorier, d\u00e9crire, analyser et classer les \u00e9motions collectives et individuelles, exprim\u00e9es ou ressenties par (a) les soignants, (b) le personnel non m\u00e9dical et administratif et (c) les patients et leur famille.<\/li>\n
Il s\u2019agira \u00e9galement d\u2019\u00e9tudier les causes des \u00e9motions recens\u00e9es : ces \u00e9motions ont-elles \u00e9t\u00e9 induites par l\u2019apparition d\u2019une maladie inconnue, le confinement, la r\u00e9organisation des services et des plannings, le manque de moyens mat\u00e9riels ou de forces humaines, la perspective d\u2019avoir \u00e0 trier les patients, ou par d\u2019autres raisons encore ? Partant, a-t-on observ\u00e9 dans les diff\u00e9rents services un d\u00e9placement des pr\u00e9occupations des soignants affectant les patients non-covid ?<\/li>\n
Au niveau des cons\u00e9quences, l\u2019on s\u2019interrogera par exemple sur l\u2019autor\u00e9gulation et la ma\u00eetrise des \u00e9motions face aux situations v\u00e9cues, comme sur les moyens mis en place pour aider les soignants et les (familles des) patients \u00e0 faire face aux \u00e9motions engendr\u00e9es par la situation pand\u00e9mique : au sein des services, des groupes de parole ont-ils \u00e9t\u00e9 instaur\u00e9s ? Des psychologues ont-ils \u00e9t\u00e9 mobilis\u00e9s ? D\u2019autres dispositifs de soutien ont-ils vu le jour ? Aussi, quelle place les relations interpersonnelles ont-elles occup\u00e9 dans ce travail \u00e9motionnel ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
