Il pique des crises de nerfs quand on n’est pas d’accord avec lui ou rabaisse son conjoint lors de conflits conjugaux. Pourtant cela ne suffit pas \u00e0 le d\u00e9finir. On retrouve en effet des d\u00e9fenses perverses dans la plupart des structures : l’emprise, la manipulation, le d\u00e9ni de l’alt\u00e9rit\u00e9, la froideur, le manque d’empathie… Mais s’y ajoute ici une fragilit\u00e9 narcissique massive qui rend le Moi faible et tributaire du narcissisme de l’autre. Ce dernier devient une proth\u00e8se qui doit recharger le sujet en narcissisme. Il devient – dans le m\u00eame temps – le r\u00e9ceptacle des conflits et \u00e9l\u00e9ments toxiques dont le pervers ne veut rien savoir. Ainsi ressort l’\u00e9l\u00e9ment fondamental de la perversion narcissique : l’annexion (au sens militaire du terme) du psychisme d’un autre qui aboutira \u00e0 une emprise d\u00e9cervelante pour la victime. Il en r\u00e9sulte une perversion du lien dont l’expulsion projective en l’autre est un enjeu de survie pour son auteur.
