Nous vivons une p\u00e9riode assez curieuse qui annonce la \ufb01n du n\u00e9olib\u00e9ralisme. Le n\u00e9olib\u00e9ralisme a \u00e9t\u00e9 beaucoup plus qu\u2019une p\u00e9riode de l\u2019\u00e9panouissement du capitalisme, de l\u2019individualisation, de la marchandisation, de la globalisation et de la mise en concurrence forc\u00e9es. La victoire du n\u00e9olib\u00e9ralisme dans les ann\u00e9es 1980-1990 a \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi annonc\u00e9e comme la victoire d\u00e9\ufb01nitive de la libert\u00e9 et de la d\u00e9mocratie. Cependant, la libert\u00e9 gagn\u00e9e s\u2019est orient\u00e9e bien souvent plus vers la libert\u00e9 de consommer que vers l\u2019engagement politique. La vie politique se dess\u00e8che et les instances qui ont port\u00e9 la d\u00e9mocratie repr\u00e9sentative, surtout les parlements et les partis politiques, d\u00e9clinent au pro\ufb01t de la gouvernance. En revanche, cette p\u00e9riode a \u00e9galement connu de grandes mobilisations dans l\u2019espace public, des \u00ab mouvement qui r\u00e9clament et pratiquent en leur sein une autre, une nouvelle d\u00e9mocratie qu\u2019ils consid\u00e8rent comme la \u00ab vraie d\u00e9mocratie \u00bb. N\u00e9anmoins, les individus savent qu\u2019ils sont impuissants et les objets de forces h\u00e9t\u00e9ronomes qui les font agir.<\/p>\n

Si c\u2019est le monde industriel et marchand qui a donn\u00e9 \u00e0 la rationalit\u00e9 logistique sa forme la plus aboutie, celle-ci s\u2019\u00e9tend aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de nos activit\u00e9s. Des politiques migratoires aux pratiques culturelles, de la conservation de l\u2019environnement aux relations humaines, il n\u2019existe plus gu\u00e8re de domaines de la vie qui ne soient soumis \u00e0 la gestion des flux, ce principe fondamental d\u2019intendance.
Il est grand temps de se demander comment le royaume logistique r\u00e9git nos existences ; de montrer combien les cons\u00e9quences de ses manquements sont dramatiques pour le vivant ; de raconter les multiples luttes qui lui font face.
