Les Coll\u00e8ges Universitaires Fran\u00e7ais (CUF) de Moscou et Saint-P\u00e9tersbourg ont une longue tradition d\u2019\u00e9changes avec les universitaires russes, ayant toujours r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des enseignements en sciences humaines et sociales, au nom d\u2019une conviction partag\u00e9e que la connaissance doit servir \u00e0 la paix et \u00e0 un futur commun. L\u2019agression de l\u2019arm\u00e9e russe en Ukraine engag\u00e9e le 24 f\u00e9vrier 2022 constitue une v\u00e9ritable trag\u00e9die. Le co\u00fbt en est d\u00e9j\u00e0 terrible. L\u2019usage de l\u2019histoire par l\u2019\u00c9tat russe pour justifier pr\u00e9tendument une telle agression est intol\u00e9rable.<\/p>\n
Le Conseil scientifique du consortium des \u00e9tablissements fran\u00e7ais des CUF apporte sa pleine solidarit\u00e9 aux chercheurs, universitaires, \u00e9tudiants d\u2019Ukraine et \u00e0 la population dans son ensemble, qui subissent une telle violence. Nous, membres du Conseil scientifique, sommes persuad\u00e9s que nombre de coll\u00e8gues et \u00e9tudiants de Russie condamnent tout autant cette agression, mais que leurs voix sont \u00e9touff\u00e9es. Nous leur apportons aussi notre soutien et refusons cat\u00e9goriquement avec eux la violence arm\u00e9e et la domination des populations.<\/p>\n
Les CUF de Russie \u00e9tant devenus depuis 2016 un programme compl\u00e9mentaire int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de Universit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00c9tat de Moscou-Lomonossov et de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00c9tat de Saint-P\u00e9tersbourg, les \u00e9tablissements fran\u00e7ais membres du consortium ne peuvent accepter de maintenir la moindre collaboration avec ces derni\u00e8res en tant qu\u2019elles sont des institutions d\u2019\u00c9tat russes et ce tant que durera l\u2019agression contre l\u2019Ukraine.<\/p>\n
En cons\u00e9quence, le Conseil scientifique, par un vote unanime du 4 mars 2022, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suspendre toutes ses activit\u00e9s au sein des CUF de Russie. Ces derni\u00e8res reprendront quand l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la situation le permettra. Les \u00e9tablissements du consortium ne participeront pas, pendant cette p\u00e9riode, \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration du dipl\u00f4me des CUF d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00c9tat de Moscou-Lomonossov et l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00c9tat de Saint-P\u00e9tersbourg.<\/p>\n
Toutefois, les \u00e9tudiants de seconde ann\u00e9e des CUF actuellement en cours de r\u00e9daction d\u2019un m\u00e9moire sous la direction d\u2019un professeur d\u2019un des \u00e9tablissements du consortium pourront finaliser leur m\u00e9moire avec le soutien des enseignants fran\u00e7ais r\u00e9sidents des CUF et le soutenir de fa\u00e7on totalement ind\u00e9pendante des CUF devant un jury organis\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de rattachement de leur directeur de m\u00e9moire. La validation de leur m\u00e9moire par cette soutenance et les notes obtenues durant leur scolarit\u00e9 pourront leur donner acc\u00e8s, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, \u00e0 une inscription en Master 2 dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement fran\u00e7ais du consortium devant lequel ils auront soutenu leur m\u00e9moire.<\/p>\n
Le Conseil rappelle solennellement qu\u2019aucun \u00e9tudiant russe se trouvant actuellement dans un \u00e9tablissement d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur fran\u00e7ais ne doit craindre pour sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les \u00e9tudiants russes actuellement en seconde ann\u00e9e de Master dans l\u2019un des \u00e9tablissements membres du consortium \u00e0 la suite du programme des CUF pourront poursuivre normalement leur cycle universitaire.<\/p>\n
Les \u00e9tablissements membres du consortium expriment leur engagement en faveur de la paix et de la d\u00e9fense des droits humains fondamentaux. Ils expriment aussi leur profond attachement \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise des CUF de Russie, n\u00e9s en 1991 du projet de participer \u00e0 la promotion en Russie d\u2019une activit\u00e9 scientifique totalement libre dans la perspective de l\u2019av\u00e8nement de la d\u00e9mocratie, et se tiennent pr\u00eats \u00e0 reprendre leur activit\u00e9 aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de leurs \u00e9tudiants et coll\u00e8gues russes lorsque les conditions de la paix seront garanties pour les Ukrainiens et pour les Russes.<\/p>\n
