Art and migration. Revisioning the borders of community repense l’histoire de l’art et \u00e9tudie comment la mobilit\u00e9 et les \u00e9changes produisent la culture. Cet ouvrage collectif interroge le th\u00e8me de fronti\u00e8re et la r\u00e9f\u00e9rentialit\u00e9 de l\u2019art dans les discours politiques et il fonde ses analyses sur les effets de la colonisation et de la mondialisation sur les pratiques artistiques. Les r\u00e9v\u00e9lations m\u00e9diatiques sur la soit-disant crise migratoire ont men\u00e9 \u00e0 des r\u00e9actions artistiques, cr\u00e9ations et expositions avec pour but de faire voir et savoir, parfois choquer, en utilisant le pouvoir m\u00e9diatique de l\u2019art dans des projets g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s \u00ab artivism \u00bb \u2013 m\u00e9lange de cr\u00e9ation artistique et de militantisme (activism). Ainsi, Art and Migration rassemble des chapitres qui proposent une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de r\u00e9ponses et d\u2019approches th\u00e9oriques pour rendre compte de la relation entre art et migration, dans la cr\u00e9ation, les carri\u00e8res artistiques, le monde mus\u00e9al et sur le march\u00e9. Cet ouvrage collectif d\u00e9fie la dichotomie entre art migrant et non-migrant et remet en question l\u2019existence des fronti\u00e8res culturelles. Il est divis\u00e9 en deux grandes parties et contient des interviews d\u2019artistes et de conservateurs de mus\u00e9es inspir\u00e9s par la migration, ainsi qu\u2019une conclusion sur la positionalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
