des \u00eatres humains. Ce code fait suite au proc\u00e8s de Nuremberg (1945-1946), lors duquel les m\u00e9decins nazis furent jug\u00e9s coupables de crime contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9 suivant les exp\u00e9riences atroces commises sur les prisonniers des camps de concentration. Puis, la D\u00e9claration d\u2019Helsinki<\/a> est adopt\u00e9e universellement par l\u2019Association m\u00e9dicale mondiale en 1964\u00a0; conditionnant la recherche m\u00e9dicale \u00e0 des principes \u00e9thiques, et permettant \u00e0 chaque pays de r\u00e9glementer la recherche m\u00e9dicale sur des \u00eatres humains. Depuis, plusieurs textes r\u00e9gulant la recherche biom\u00e9dicale et ces avanc\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9s, tels que la Convention d\u2019Oviedo<\/a> de 1997 et la D\u00e9claration universelle sur la bio\u00e9thique et les droits de l\u2019homme<\/a> de 2005.<\/p>\n Constat<\/strong>\u00a0: si la recherche biom\u00e9dicale est bien encadr\u00e9e juridiquement, il existe n\u00e9anmoins un certain vide l\u00e9gislatif pour les disciplines en sciences humaines et sociales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n L\u2019\u00e9thique de la recherche en sciences humaines et sociales est une discipline en pleine \u00e9volution. Cependant, pour publier dans des revues internationales, ou pour faire des demandes de financement, il faut presque toujours apporter la preuve qu\u2019un comit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9thique a approuv\u00e9 votre projet de recherche. C\u2019est pour cette raison que le personnel de la recherche en SHS a commenc\u00e9, au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2010, \u00e0 mettre sur pied des comit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9thique de la recherche (CER).
