z_index_tablet=\u00a0\u00bb500&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p>En vertu de l\u2019article 10 des statuts de la Facult\u00e9 Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et Humanit\u00e9s, la Commission des postes et des ressources humaines, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par un enseignant-chercheur d\u00e9sign\u00e9 par le Doyen de la Facult\u00e9 et approuv\u00e9 par le Conseil de Facult\u00e9, est une commission consultative inter-conseil, repr\u00e9sentative des tendances, statuts et origines institutionnelles des membres d\u2019instances facultaires. Elle est consult\u00e9e pour tout dossier relatif aux ressources humaines de la Facult\u00e9 (attribution des supports d\u2019emplois, d\u00e9finition des profils, demande de publication de postes\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb1_4&Prime;][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.22.1&Prime; body_text_shadow_blur_strength=\u00a0\u00bbbody_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&Prime; z_index_tablet=\u00a0\u00bb500&Prime; disabled=\u00a0\u00bbon\u00a0\u00bb disabled_on=\u00a0\u00bbon|on|on\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Sa composition doit respecter plusieurs \u00e9quilibres :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La repr\u00e9sentation des diff\u00e9rentes tendances exprim\u00e9es au niveau des instances \u00e9lues de la facult\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Une repr\u00e9sentation, la plus large possible, des<\/li>\n<li>Une repr\u00e9sentation au moins des deux grands secteurs de formation de la facult\u00e9 et des deux coll\u00e8ges des repr\u00e9sentants des personnels enseignants-chercheurs (rang A et rang B).<\/li>\n<li>Une repr\u00e9sentation \u00e9quitable hommes\/femmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Afin de satisfaire ces conditions, la commission des postes est compos\u00e9e d&rsquo;enseignants-chercheurs, \u00e0 raison de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 repr\u00e9sentants d&rsquo;enseignants-chercheurs issus de la commission recherche ;<\/li>\n<li>4 repr\u00e9sentants d&rsquo;enseignants-chercheurs issus de la commission formation ;<\/li>\n<li>4 repr\u00e9sentants d&rsquo;enseignants-chercheurs issus du conseil facultaire ;<\/li>\n<li>4 personnels BIATSS \u00e9lus au Conseil de facult\u00e9 ou dans le Conseil acad\u00e9mique<\/li>\n<li>4 personnels BIATSS d\u00e9sign\u00e9s par le doyen de la facult\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle admin_label=\u00a0\u00bbComposition\u00a0\u00bb _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.22.1&Prime; La commission n&rsquo;intervient pas au niveau des questions individuelles relatives au recrutement et \u00e0 la carri\u00e8re des enseignants-chercheurs trait\u00e9es par le conseil acad\u00e9mique facultaire en formation restreinte aux enseignants-chercheurs et par le s\u00e9nat acad\u00e9mique en formation restreinte.<br \/>La commission prend connaissance des demandes de publication des postes d&rsquo;enseignants-chercheurs et de BIATSS \u00e9manant des composantes internes et des services de la facult\u00e9. Elle veille \u00e0 ce que ces demandes soient conformes aux politiques scientifique et p\u00e9dagogique de la facult\u00e9.<br \/>La commission accompagne les composantes internes dans leur r\u00e9flexion concernant les priorit\u00e9s et les profils des emplois, et les aide \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une vision prospective. Elle contribue \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration d&rsquo;une politique collective et partag\u00e9e des emplois enseignant-chercheur, enseignant et BIATSS au niveau facultaire, \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition d&rsquo;une politique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de promotion et des carri\u00e8res des personnels BIATSS, afin d&rsquo;assurer l&rsquo;harmonisation entre les besoins de la facult\u00e9 et les m\u00e9tiers propos\u00e9s par l&rsquo;administration centrale. Elle m\u00e8ne une r\u00e9flexion sur les mutualisations, la constitution de centres de ressources partag\u00e9es ou plateformes et les postes interdisciplinaires, y compris sur le plan inter-facultaire. A cette fin, elle peut formuler des propositions notamment en mati\u00e8re de profil de poste, d&rsquo;affectation et de red\u00e9ploiement d&#8217;emplois.<\/p>\n<p>Les travaux de la commission s&rsquo;appuient sur les orientations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de la politique scientifique et p\u00e9dagogique de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement et de la facult\u00e9 S&amp;H et sur des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de contexte, entre autres :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La situation financi\u00e8re, le budget ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 et les facteurs d&rsquo;\u00e9volution li\u00e9s au Glissement-Vieillesse-Technicit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Le sous- ou sur- encadrement relatif des composantes<\/li>\n<li>Les priorit\u00e9s affich\u00e9es et discut\u00e9es lors des Contrats d&rsquo;Objectifs et de Moyens et des projets \u00e9mergents<\/li>\n<li>La coh\u00e9rence des profils avec la strat\u00e9gie p\u00e9dagogique et scientifique de la composante interne et avec l&rsquo;organigramme cible de la composante interne ou du service, pour ce qui concerne les personnels BIATS<\/li>\n<li>Les politiques de mutualisation ou de rationalisation pour les postes BIATSS<\/li>\n<li>La mise en place de nouvelles directions<\/li>\n<li>Des \u00e9tudes m\u00e9tiers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.22.1&Prime;
