z_index_tablet=\u00a0\u00bb500&Prime; title=\u00a0\u00bbComment \u00e9viter d\u2019\u00eatre contaminer par le virus du sida ?\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lors de rapports sexuels :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le pr\u00e9servatif est le seul moyen de se prot\u00e9ger lors de rapports sexuels.<\/li>\n<li>Le pr\u00e9servatif prot\u00e8ge \u00e0 la fois contre l\u2019infection par le VIH et contre les infections sexuellement transmissibles (IST).<\/li>\n<li>Le pr\u00e9servatif est \u00e9galement un moyen de contraception : il permet d\u2019\u00e9viter les grossesses non d\u00e9sir\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Un pr\u00e9servatif ne doit servir qu\u2019une seule fois.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Si on se sert de seringues et d\u2019aiguilles :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Si on est usager de drogues par voie intraveineuse, il faut utiliser uniquement son mat\u00e9riel personnel : ne partager ni aiguille, ni seringue, ni eau, ni cuill\u00e8re, ni produit, ni filtre.<\/li>\n<li>Une seringue ne doit servir qu\u2019une fois.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accidents et d\u00e9faillances dans les pratiques de pr\u00e9vention<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il peut arriver des accidents et des d\u00e9faillances dans les pratiques habituelles de pr\u00e9vention :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>relation sexuelle sans avoir pu utiliser de pr\u00e9servatif,<\/li>\n<li>rupture ou glissement du pr\u00e9servatif,<\/li>\n<li>partage du mat\u00e9riel d\u2019injection lors d\u2019un usage de drogues,<\/li>\n<li>piq\u00fbre ou coupure accidentelle avec un objet souill\u00e9 de sang contamin\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il faut alors se rendre le plus rapidement possible aux urgences de l\u2019h\u00f4pital le plus proche (id\u00e9alement dans les 4 h qui suivent la prise de risque ou, au plus tard, 48 heures apr\u00e8s).<\/p>\n<p>Un m\u00e9decin examinera avec vous la situation et vous conseillera. Selon ce que vous savez de votre partenaire et selon ce qui s\u2019est pass\u00e9, un traitement pr\u00e9ventif d\u2019urgence, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 tenter d\u2019\u00e9viter qu\u2019il y ait contamination par le VIH, pourra \u00eatre prescrit.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.22.1&Prime; text_shadow_horizontal_length=\u00a0\u00bbtext_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&Prime; text_shadow_vertical_length=\u00a0\u00bbtext_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&Prime; text_shadow_blur_strength=\u00a0\u00bbtext_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&Prime; title_text_shadow_horizontal_length=\u00a0\u00bbtitle_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&Prime; title_text_shadow_vertical_length=\u00a0\u00bbtitle_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&Prime; title_text_shadow_blur_strength=\u00a0\u00bbtitle_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&Prime; body_text_shadow_horizontal_length=\u00a0\u00bbbody_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&Prime; body_text_shadow_vertical_length=\u00a0\u00bbbody_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&Prime; body_text_shadow_blur_strength=\u00a0\u00bbbody_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&Prime; z_index_tablet=\u00a0\u00bb500&Prime; title=\u00a0\u00bbIl n\u2019y a pas que le sida \u00ab\u00a0]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La plupart des infections sexuellement transmissibles (IST), si elles ne sont pas soign\u00e9es, peuvent avoir des cons\u00e9quences graves sur la sant\u00e9, telles que la st\u00e9rilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Mais elles peuvent aussi \u00eatre trait\u00e9es et gu\u00e9ries.<\/li>\n<li>Les IST se transmettent au moment d\u2019un rapport sexuel non prot\u00e9g\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le d\u00e9pistage est utile pour conna\u00eetre son statut vis-\u00e0-vis du sida, mais aussi d\u2019autres infections sexuellement transmissibles, voire de maladies contagieuses par le sang. En revanche, pour les femmes suivies par des \u00e9quipes m\u00e9dicales sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es et prenant un traitement anti-VIH, le risque n\u2019est plus que de 1 \u00e0 2%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traitement du nouveau-n\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour diminuer les risques de transmission \u00e0 l\u2019enfant, il est recommand\u00e9 de lui donner un traitement anti-VIH dans les heures qui suivent la naissance et ce pendant 6 semaines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Allaitement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le lait maternel peut transmettre le VIH \u00e0 l\u2019enfant.
