Apr\u00e8s un entretien individuel et confidentiel avec le charg\u00e9 d\u2019accompagnement, vous serez orient\u00e9 vers l\u2019un des m\u00e9decins du SSE qui proposera les am\u00e9nagements les plus appropri\u00e9s. Le charg\u00e9 d\u2019accompagnement v\u00e9rifiera avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe p\u00e9dagogique la faisabilit\u00e9 et la conformit\u00e9 des am\u00e9nagements propos\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pour prendre RDV avec un m\u00e9decin du SSE, veuillez <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress-test.app.u-pariscite.fr\/service-sante\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2024\/08\/Proc\u00e9dure-PAEH-SSE-commune.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">suivre la proc\u00e9dure d\u00e9crite via Doctolib<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Avant votre RDV<\/strong> avec le m\u00e9decin du SSE, vous devez constituer un dossier m\u00e9dical avec l\u2019aide de votre m\u00e9decin et faire \u00e9tablir un certificat m\u00e9dical. Nous vous invitons \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress-test.app.u-pariscite.fr\/service-sante\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2023\/12\/Dossier-m%C3%A9dical-handicap-SSE-V3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">imprimer et compl\u00e9ter le dossier t\u00e9l\u00e9chargeable.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Puis vous devez <strong>prendre un rendez-vous de d\u00e9p\u00f4t de dossier sur Doctolib.<\/strong> Ne vous d\u00e9placez pas : l\u2019ensemble de ces documents est \u00e0 enregistrer dans l\u2019espace partag\u00e9 de Doctolib. Votre dossier sera \u00e9tudi\u00e9 par le SSE, et si les pi\u00e8ces fournies justifient les am\u00e9nagements pr\u00e9conis\u00e9s, la secr\u00e9taire du SSE vous enverra un rendez-vous avec un m\u00e9decin via Doctolib. Celui-ci apr\u00e8s \u00e9changes avec votre \u00e9quipe p\u00e9dagogique \u00e9tablira votre Plan d\u2019Am\u00e9nagement des \u00c9tudes li\u00e9e au Handicap (PAEH) qui, apr\u00e8s signature de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 administrative, vous le transmettra. Les r\u00e9f\u00e9rents\/responsables de votre cursus seront \u00e9galement avertis.<\/p>\n<p>Si votre PAEH couvre tout votre cursus (BUT, Licence, Master, \u2026), vous n\u2019aurez pas \u00e0 la renouveler tous les ans sauf si de nouveaux am\u00e9nagements sont \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir selon l\u2019\u00e9volution de votre handicap ou que vous d\u00e9cidiez de vous orienter vers un autre cursus.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, vous devrez imp\u00e9rativement vous pr\u00e9senter au service ou r\u00e9f\u00e9rent handicap de votre \u00e9tablissement en d\u00e9but de chaque ann\u00e9e universitaire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb1_4&Prime;][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.22.1&Prime;
