Cette m\u00e9thode vous permettra de prendre de la distance avec la sensation de faim.<\/li>\n<li>Boire 1,5 \u00e0 2 litres d\u2019eau r\u00e9partis dans la journ\u00e9e quand la faim survient. Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer les eaux riches en magn\u00e9sium qui coupent d\u2019avantage la faim.<\/li>\n<li>Pour un \u00ab snack \u00bb, choisir des ingr\u00e9dients \u00ab utiles \u00bb : riches en vitamines et si possible pauvres en graisses et sucres rapides.<\/li>\n<li>Ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 programmer des encas l\u00e9gers 2 fois dans la journ\u00e9e ou avant un d\u00eener \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, pour ne pas craquer.<\/li>\n<li>Prendre une pomme ou un coupe-faim naturel avant de se rendre \u00e0 une invitation \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<li>A table, s\u2019asseoir et prendre le temps de d\u00e9guster les aliments.
