z_index_tablet=\u00a0\u00bb500&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tutelles\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay \u2013 Facult\u00e9 des Sciences<\/p>\n<p>CNRS<\/p>\n<p>INRAE<\/p>\n<p>Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Evry Val d\u2019Essonne<\/p>\n<p>Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>UFR de rattachement &gt;\u00a0UFR Sciences du Vivant<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pr\u00e9sentation\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les recherches de l\u2019Institut des Sciences des Plantes de Paris-Saclay (IPS2) ont pour objectif de mieux comprendre les m\u00e9canismes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques et mol\u00e9culaires qui contr\u00f4lent la croissance de la plante et leurs r\u00e9gulations par les signaux endog\u00e8nes et exog\u00e8nes d\u2019origine biotique (bact\u00e9ries et champignons) et abiotique (stress environnemental, nutriments ou autres).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019analyse de ces m\u00e9canismes est effectu\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la cellule, de l\u2019organe jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la plante enti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019IPS2 applique une approche multidisciplinaire (en combinant la g\u00e9nomique, la biologie mol\u00e9culaire et cellulaire, la bio-informatique, la biochimie, la g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, la physiologie) et d\u00e9veloppera des outils (incluant la bio-informatique et la mod\u00e9lisation) indispensables pour d\u00e9velopper une biologie pr\u00e9dictive et facilitera la recherche translationnelle des esp\u00e8ces mod\u00e8les aux esp\u00e8ces cultiv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Th\u00e9matiques de recherche\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019IPS2 est structur\u00e9 en <strong>trois d\u00e9partements scientifiques<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le <strong>d\u00e9partement de G\u00e9n\u00e9tique et G\u00e9nomique du D\u00e9veloppement (DGG, \u00e9quipes 1 \u00e0 4)<\/strong> s&rsquo;int\u00e9resse principalement au <strong>d\u00e9veloppement des racines et des fleurs<\/strong> et \u00e0 comment ces processus sont <strong>r\u00e9gul\u00e9s par des hormones, des peptides, des petits ARNs ainsi que par le statut chromatinien et les facteurs de transcription<\/strong>. Pour que la recherche ait un impact soci\u00e9tal, les travaux du d\u00e9partement r\u00e9pondent aussi au d\u00e9fi de transf\u00e9rer les d\u00e9couvertes sous forme de traits agronomiques (biologie translationnelle).<\/li>\n<li>le <strong>d\u00e9partement Physiologie et Signalisation (DPHYS, \u00e9quipes 5 \u00e0 7) <\/strong>a pour objectif d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir une connaissance fondamentale des m\u00e9canismes par lesquels les v\u00e9g\u00e9taux s\u2019adaptent \u00e0 des modifications de leur environnement et de leurs ressources nutritionnelles. Les trois \u00e9quipes du d\u00e9partement travaillent sur des sujets compl\u00e9mentaires organis\u00e9s autour d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats communs comme la photosynth\u00e8se et la photorespiration, les signalisations hormonales li\u00e9es aux stress et les modules de signalisation contr\u00f4lant l\u2019\u00e9tat nutritionnel de la plante ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9quilibre carbone-azote.<\/li>\n<li>le <strong>d\u00e9partement Interaction plantes microorganismes et r\u00e9seaux<\/strong> (<strong>PMIN, \u00e9quipes 8 \u00e0 11<\/strong>) \u00e9tudie les plantes dans leur environnement biotique afin de mieux comprendre leurs interactions avec cet environnement du niveau de la plante jusqu&rsquo;au g\u00e9nome, dans le but de transposer ces connaissances aux conditions de terrain.
