Ces recherches, effectu\u00e9es au sein des\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress-test.app.u-pariscite.fr\/sdv\/unites-de-recherche\/\"><strong>18 unit\u00e9s ou \u00e9quipes rattach\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019UFR<\/strong><\/a>, peuvent se d\u00e9cliner en quatre grands th\u00e8mes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architectures mol\u00e9culaires et supramol\u00e9culaires<\/li>\n<li>Survie et d\u00e9fense des organismes<\/li>\n<li>Cellules et d\u00e9veloppement<\/li>\n<li>Interfaces et ing\u00e9nierie du Vivant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 <em><strong>Unit\u00e9s de recherche rattach\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019UFR SDV localis\u00e9es sur le Campus des Grands Moulins :<\/strong><\/em> Les structures de recherche adoss\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019UFR SdV sont pour une part importante localis\u00e9es sur le campus des Grands Moulins, \u00e0 savoir :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UMR Biologie Fonctionnelle et Adaptative (<a href=\"http:\/\/bfa.univ-paris-diderot.fr\/\">BFA<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Epig\u00e9n\u00e9tique et Destin Cellulaire (<a href=\"http:\/\/parisepigenetics.com\/fr\/\">EDC<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Institut Jacques Monod (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ijm.fr\/\">IJM<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire des Energies de Demain (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lied-pieri.univ-paris-diderot.fr\/\">LIED-PIERI<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les grandes th\u00e9matiques abord\u00e9es au sein des Laboratoires du campus des Grands Moulins couvrent les champs suivants : Biologie cellulaire, D\u00e9veloppement,\u00a0 G\u00e9n\u00e9tique et Evolution, Physiologie et Physiopathologie, Epig\u00e9n\u00e9tique, Bioinformatique structurale et Ch\u00e9moinformatique, D\u00e9veloppement des biomat\u00e9riaux innovants. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Unit\u00e9s de recherche rattach\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019UFR SDV hors Campus des Grands Moulins :<\/strong><\/em> Compte tenu des th\u00e9matiques de recherche d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es dans les UMR (CNRS, INSERM) du campus des Grands Moulins, des domaines scientifiques que nous souhaitons couvrir en mati\u00e8re de formation, et des infrastructures disponibles, d\u2019autres structures de recherche, \u00e0 Paris et en Ile de France, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rattach\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019UFR SdV :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 unit\u00e9s de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pasteur.fr\/fr\">Institut Pasteur<\/a> permettent de couvrir plusieurs domaines en Infectiologie virale et bact\u00e9rienne ainsi qu\u2019en G\u00e9n\u00e9tique humaine<\/li>\n<li>Notre partenariat avec l\u2019Institut de Biologie Physico-Chimique \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ibpc.fr\/fr\/\">IBPC<\/a> (3 unit\u00e9s de recherche) permet de renforcer nos approches en Biologie structurale et Microbiologie<\/li>\n<li>Notre partenariat avec l\u2019Institut National de la Transfusion Sanguine (UMR Biologie Int\u00e9gr\u00e9e du Globule Rouge \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.idf.inserm.fr\/rubriques\/les-laboratoires\/structures-de-recherche-paris-7\/unites-de-recherche-de-paris-7\/site-ints-antilles-guyane\/biologie-integree-du-globule-rouge\">BIGR<\/a>) permet d\u2019associer des approches fondamentales \u00e0 des probl\u00e9matiques de Sant\u00e9 publique.<\/li>\n<li>Deux partenariats en Ile de France permettent d\u2019appr\u00e9hender le domaine des Sciences du V\u00e9g\u00e9tal (l\u2019Institut des Sciences des Plantes de Paris-Saclay \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/ips2.u-psud.fr\/fr\/index.html\">IPS2<\/a>) et celui de la Radiobiologie et des Cellules souches (UMR Stabilit\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9tique, Cellules Souches et Radiations \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.idf.inserm.fr\/rubriques\/les-laboratoires\/structures-de-recherche-paris-11\/unites-de-recherche-de-paris-11\/hauts-de-seine-boulogne-clamart-chatenay-fontenay\/stabilite-genetique-cellules-souches-et-radiations\">SGCSR<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019UMR Eco-Anthropologie et Ethnobiologie (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoanthropologie.fr\/fr\">EAE<\/a>) localis\u00e9e au Mus\u00e9um National d\u2019Histoire naturelle permet de d\u00e9velopper les aspects d\u2019\u00e9volution humaine et d\u2019\u00e9co-anthropologie<\/li>\n<li>Enfin la contractualisation avec l\u2019Institut d\u2019Ecologie et des Sciences de l\u2019Environnement de Paris (<a href=\"https:\/\/iees-paris.fr\/\">IEES<\/a>), contribue \u00e0 notre positionnement dans le domaine de l\u2019Ecologie et de ses enjeux soci\u00e9taux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb2_3&Prime;][et_pb_cta _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.22.1&Prime;
