Dans quelle mesure, et comment, un stress induit des changements dynamiques dans la r\u00e9organisation de la chromatine reste cependant mal compris. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-023-36227-3\">Dans une \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans Nature Communications<\/a> par l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/ips2.u-psud.fr\/fr\/recherche\/dgg-departement-genomique-et-genetique-du-developpement\/chromd-dynamique-des-chromosomes.html\">\u00e9quipe CHROCYC<\/a> de l\u2019IPS2, les modifications de la chromatine \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle du g\u00e9nome associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la reprogrammation transcriptionnelle en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 un stress thermique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re approfondie chez la tomate. Le stress thermique induit des changements rapides dans l&rsquo;architecture de la chromatine, conduisant \u00e0 la formation transitoire de contacts promoteur-\u00ab\u00a0enhancer\u00a0\u00bb, et entra\u00eenant probablement l&rsquo;activation de l\u2019expression de g\u00e8nes sensibles au stress thermique. De plus, les r\u00e9organisations spatiales de la chromatine induites par le stress thermique n\u00e9cessitent HSFA1a, un facteur de transcription (TF) essentiel pour la tol\u00e9rance au stress thermique chez la tomate.
