Les obligations et principes d\u00e9ontologiques applicables \u00e0 tout fonctionnaire impliquent d\u2019agir avec dignit\u00e9, int\u00e9grit\u00e9, probit\u00e9, impartialit\u00e9, de respecter l\u2019obligation de neutralit\u00e9 et le principe de la\u00efcit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Tout fonctionnaire a le droit de consulter une personne r\u00e9f\u00e9rente de d\u00e9ontologie, charg\u00e9e de lui apporter tout conseil utile relatif au respect de ces obligations et des principes d\u00e9ontologiques.<\/p>\n

Les personnes r\u00e9f\u00e9rentes de d\u00e9ontologie ont un r\u00f4le de pr\u00e9vention, de conseil et consultatif. Elles traitent des questions de non-respect des obligations et principes d\u00e9ontologiques et de conflit d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats. Elles re\u00e7oivent \u00e9galement les signalements des lanceurs d\u2019alerte.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
