Quel est l\u2019\u00e9tat du Syst\u00e8me Terre et en quoi l\u2019avons-nous d\u00e9grad\u00e9 ? Comment en sommes-nous arriv\u00e9s l\u00e0 : facteurs \u00e9conomiques, politiques, culturels et technologiques. Comment penser &amp; organiser un futur soutenable ?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019UE combine 12 h de cours magistraux &amp; 6 h de projet tuteur\u00e9 en \u00e9quipes interdisciplinaires. Les projets ont pour but de pr\u00e9senter un enjeu de soutenabilit\u00e9 ou une piste de solution. Ils font l\u2019objet d\u2019une restitution publique sous la forme d\u2019un forum en fin de semestre.<\/p>\n<p>UE transverse \u00e0 choix &#8211; 3 ECTS &#8211; Tous les semestres (pause au 2e semestre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023-2024), ouvert \u00e0 toutes les mentions de licence, de la L1 \u00e0 la L3.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Resp. Or, la structure de la mati\u00e8re offre un cadre tr\u00e8s riche pour aborder les questions de soutenabilit\u00e9 environnementale plan\u00e9taire, notamment sous la forme de grands probl\u00e8mes d\u2019int\u00e9gration faisant appel \u00e0 du sens critique et de l\u2019association de comp\u00e9tences et connaissances. Quel socle commun proposer aux apprenants ? Via quelles modalit\u00e9s d\u2019enseignement ? Sur quels personnels s\u2019appuyer pour enseigner ces notions dans toutes les mentions ?<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019UE transdisciplinaire TEES a servi de base au montage d\u2019un dispositif de formation des personnels UPC \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement de la transition \u00e9cologique : l\u2019offre d\u2019accompagnement p\u00e9dagogique Transition Ecologique et Enjeux P\u00e9dagogiques (TEEP). TEEP est ouvert \u00e0 tous les personnels enseignants d\u2019UPC : EC, PRAG et doctorant\u00b7es avec mission d\u2019enseignement. TEEP s\u2019articule en deux volets : l\u2019un de sensibilisation et l\u2019autre de projet. Le volet de sensibilisation consiste en 9h de capsules vid\u00e9o transdisciplinaires (\u00e9tat du Syst\u00e8me Terre, origines soci\u00e9tales des d\u00e9r\u00e8glements, espace des solutions) compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par un jeu intelligent collectif de 3h sur les empreintes carbone de l\u2019alimentation, des mobilit\u00e9s, du num\u00e9rique, etc. Le volet de projet comprend ensuite trois ateliers p\u00e9dagogiques de 2 h au cours desquels les apprenant\u00b7es sont accompagn\u00e9\u00b7es dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une trame de contenu p\u00e9dagogique d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la transition \u00e9cologique, selon 3 axes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019acculturation au champ de l\u2019enseignement de la transition \u00e9cologique (programme, pratiques p\u00e9dagogiques sp\u00e9cifiques, gestion de l\u2019\u00e9co-anxi\u00e9t\u00e9), et aux cadres d\u2019impl\u00e9mentation national et local.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019acculturation \u00e0 l\u2019approche par comp\u00e9tence et \u00e0 l\u2019alignement p\u00e9dagogique (objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques, connaissances, comp\u00e9tences, \u00e9valuations). Cette phase permet d\u2019optimiser la conception des contenus et \u00e9galement d\u2019en maximiser la lisibilit\u00e9, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que l\u2019approche par comp\u00e9tences et l\u2019alignement p\u00e9dagogique font d\u00e9sormais partie des crit\u00e8res d\u2019\u00e9valuation des formations par l\u2019HCERES.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019id\u00e9ation de contenus dans l\u2019espace d\u00e9finis par les 2 pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents axes. Les \u00e9quipes de projet peuvent choisir de travailler sur l\u2019incorporation de contenu de transition \u00e9cologique dans des UE disciplinaires existantes dans lesquelles elles sont fortement impliqu\u00e9es, ou bien prototyper de nouvelles UEs. Con\u00e7u sous la forme d\u2019un escape game dont l\u2019enjeu est la sortie de la crise climatique (mais pas que !), on y compte, on y trie, on y tranche dans les empreintes carbone, et \u00e0 la fin, tout le monde (y) gagne !<\/p>\n<p>Ces ateliers sont autant de temps d\u2019\u00e9change qui permettent de faire \u00e9merger et de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer des initiatives de transformation \u00e9cologique sur le campus. Des personnels et des \u00e9tudiant\u00b7es de la facult\u00e9 se sont form\u00e9\u00b7es \u00e0 l\u2019animation de ces ateliers en janvier 2024. Il et elles assurent d\u00e9sormais le d\u00e9ploiement de ces ateliers \u00e0 travers la facult\u00e9 des sciences. Les \u00e9tudiant\u00b7es du Master Frontiers in Chemistry, le public du Printemps de la Transition Ecologique et le laboratoire MPQ ont \u00e9t\u00e9 leurs premiers publics en 2024. La formation s\u2019articule en deux volets : l\u2019un de sensibilisation aux enjeux de soutenabilit\u00e9 plan\u00e9taire, bas\u00e9 sur un jeu de capsules vid\u00e9os, et l\u2019un de mise en action. Ce dernier est constitu\u00e9 de 2 h de formation th\u00e9orique \u00e0 l\u2019encadrement de projet, suivies de 4 h de suivi de tutorat de projet TEES ou EcoCit\u00e9 en tant que bin\u00f4me d\u2019un\u00b7e tuteur\u00b7rice plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9\u00b7e (shadowing) et 3h de participation au forum de restitution de l\u2019UE concern\u00e9e.
