Depuis les ann\u00e9es 2010s les financeurs de la recherche (ANR, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe) sont attentifs \u00e0 ce que les r\u00e9sultats de la recherche soient librement accessibles. Ils exigent la r\u00e9daction d\u2019un plan de gestion de donn\u00e9es, l’ouverture autant que possible de ces donn\u00e9es, et la mise \u00e0 disposition en acc\u00e8s ouvert des publications.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Pour publier en acc\u00e8s ouvert, les auteurs ne sont pas oblig\u00e9s de payer des frais de publications (Article Processing Charge : APC). Si la revue n’est pas en acc\u00e8s ouvert, il est demand\u00e9 d’appliquer la Loi pour une R\u00e9publique num\u00e9rique (2016). Quelque soit le contrat sign\u00e9 avec l’\u00e9diteur, les auteurs peuvent partager dans HAL la version accept\u00e9e pour publication (Author Accepted Manuscript : AAM) de leur article. Cette mise \u00e0 disposition doit tenir compte d’un embargo de 6 mois apr\u00e8s publication pour les STM et 12 pour les SHS. Voir le guide d’application de la Loi pour R\u00e9publique num\u00e9rique<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A partir de l’appel \u00e0 projet 2022, l’ANR applique le Plan S, lequel n\u00e9cessite une mise \u00e0 disposition en acc\u00e8s ouvert imm\u00e9diate des publications, avec licence CC-BY. Les publications devront \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9es en texte int\u00e9gral dans HAL en pr\u00e9cisant l’identifiant du projet de recherche (ex : ANR-22-CE64-0001). La strat\u00e9gie de non cession des droits <\/a>permet aux auteurs de publier dans la revue de leur choix tout en d\u00e9posant dans HAL le texte int\u00e9gral et sans application d’embargo.

Les co\u00fbts relatifs \u00e0 la gestion des donn\u00e9es (stockage, anonymisation, conservation) sont \u00e9ligibles dans le cadre du financement, dans le respect du r\u00e8glement financier<\/a>. Ils doivent donc \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9s au moment de la proposition et leur d\u00e9pense \u00eatre engag\u00e9e avant la fin du projet.<\/p>\n
