Un plan de gestion de donn\u00e9es (PGD) ou data management plan<\/em> (DMP) est un outil de gestion des donn\u00e9es tr\u00e8s utile tout au long d\u2019un projet de recherche. Il permet de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au moment de sa conception sur les strat\u00e9gies et questions soulev\u00e9es par la gestion des donn\u00e9es dans le projet, depuis leur collecte jusqu\u2019\u00e0 leur diffusion.<\/p>\n

Le plan de gestion est un document synth\u00e9tique et formel<\/strong> pr\u00e9cisant la mani\u00e8re dont les donn\u00e9es seront produites, trait\u00e9es, d\u00e9crites, partag\u00e9es, prot\u00e9g\u00e9es et conserv\u00e9es au cours et \u00e0 l\u2019issue du projet de recherche.<\/p>\n

Il d\u00e9crit le cycle de vie des donn\u00e9es<\/strong> produites ou collect\u00e9es et permet d\u2019anticiper les questions de gestion <\/strong>qui surviennent au cours d\u2019une recherche ainsi que les modalit\u00e9s de diffusion et de conservation des donn\u00e9es<\/strong>. It\u00e9ratif, il \u00e9volue et est actualis\u00e9<\/strong> tout-au-long du projet de recherche. Les financeurs demandent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement deux \u00e0 trois versions du document.<\/p>\n

Plusieurs mod\u00e8les de plan de gestion de donn\u00e9es sont accessibles sur l\u2019outil de r\u00e9daction DMP OPIDoR<\/a>\u00a0: mod\u00e8les de financeurs comme l\u2019ANR (en fran\u00e7ais ou anglais) ou Horizon 2020, des mod\u00e8les disciplinaires (comme le mod\u00e8le MASA<\/a> pour l\u2019arch\u00e9ologie) ou des mod\u00e8les institutionnels.<\/p>\n
