ouvert aux publications scientifiques (open access) tient une place cruciale, largement reconnue. Avec le mouvement international pour la Science ouverte, le principe d\u2019ouverture s\u2019\u00e9largit \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des productions scientifiques, sans exclusive, et \u00e0 des stades ant\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la diffusion de r\u00e9sultats valid\u00e9s. Il concerne notamment, et avec toutes les exceptions n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture par d\u00e9faut pr\u00e9vue par la loi, les donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es au cours du processus de recherche, les logiciels utilis\u00e9s pour les traiter et les produire, et finalement l\u2019ensemble des m\u00e9thodes, protocoles et outils mis en \u0153uvre d\u00e8s les pr\u00e9mices d\u2019une \u00e9tude scientifique.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div> \u00c0 sensibiliser l\u2019ensemble de la communaut\u00e9 universitaire<\/strong> aux enjeux scientifiques, soci\u00e9taux et \u00e9conomiques de la Science ouverte et aux probl\u00e9matiques de sa mise en \u0153uvre ;<\/p>\n \u00c0 int\u00e9grer ces probl\u00e9matiques dans toutes les actions<\/strong> de formation, de recherche, de recrutement, d\u2019\u00e9valuation ou de financement afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces enjeux.<\/p>\n Actions 2020-2022<\/strong><\/p>\n 1\/ Mettre en place un cycle de formation \u00e0 la Science ouverte pour les doctorant\u00b7es, en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais, et des ateliers pour les personnels d\u2019enseignement et de recherche :<\/p>\n 2\/ Ouvrir un site d\u2019information et de veille d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la promotion et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de la Science ouverte \u00e0 Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 ;<\/p>\n 3\/ Mettre en place un barom\u00e8tre de la Science ouverte UP ;<\/p>\n 4\/ Constituer un r\u00e9seau de r\u00e9f\u00e9rent\u00b7es pour la Science ouverte dans les unit\u00e9s de recherche ;<\/p>\n 5\/ Organiser un cycle de conf\u00e9rences et d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements en lien avec la Science ouverte \u00e0 destination des diff\u00e9rentes communaut\u00e9s disciplinaires et m\u00e9tiers d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9.<\/p>\n 6\/ Mettre en place le ScOUP – Science Ouverte \u00e0 Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 -, comit\u00e9 d\u2019observation et d\u2019orientation de la Science ouverte de l’universit\u00e9.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div> \u00c0 mettre en \u0153uvre l\u2019acc\u00e8s ouvert aux publications scientifiques<\/strong>, en particulier aux articles revus par les pairs, en soutenant les mod\u00e8les \u00e9ditoriaux les mieux adapt\u00e9s aux pratiques de chacune des communaut\u00e9s disciplinaires ;<\/p>\n \u00c0 d\u00e9poser syst\u00e9matiquement le texte int\u00e9gral<\/strong> des articles, chapitres d\u2019ouvrage et actes de colloque portant la signature d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 sur l\u2019archive ouverte institutionnelle de l\u2019Universit\u00e9, HAL UPCit\u00e9.<\/p>\n \u00c0 structurer une politique d’\u00e9tablissement en mati\u00e8re de gestion des donn\u00e9es de la recherche<\/strong> en concertation avec ses partenaires nationaux et internationaux, selon le principe de donn\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0aussi ouvertes que possible et aussi ferm\u00e9es que n\u00e9cessaire\u00a0\u00bb et sur la base de services et outils \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e aussi mutualis\u00e9s que possible ;<\/p>\n \u00c0 mettre \u00e0 disposition des donn\u00e9es de recherche conformes aux meilleurs standards<\/strong> \u00e9tablis au sein des communaut\u00e9s disciplinaires, en particulier pour les donn\u00e9es li\u00e9es aux publications scientifiques, associ\u00e9es au r\u00e9gime de la preuve dans un objectif de transparence, de reproductibilit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9utilisation potentielle.<\/p>\n \u00c0 reconna\u00eetre les logiciels et les codes<\/strong>, qui sont des sources document\u00e9es indispensables \u00e0 la r\u00e9utilisation des donn\u00e9es de recherche produites, comme des productions scientifiques \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re<\/strong> et \u00e0 les int\u00e9grer dans sa strat\u00e9gie de Science ouverte afin qu\u2019ils constituent, avec les publications et les donn\u00e9es, le troisi\u00e8me pilier de sa mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n \u00c0 recenser et valoriser l\u2019ensemble des productions scientifiques d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris
