Il est important de relever qu\u2019il existe de nombreux postes actuellement vacants. Les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une enqu\u00eate nationale rendus publics en mars 2021 estiment indispensable plus du doublement des professionnels \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2030. Pour atteindre cet objectif, un \u00e9largissement de la formation s\u2019impose, avec sa cr\u00e9ation en Ile de France, \u00e0 Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9.
Cette formation est ouverte aux \u00e9tudiantes et \u00e9tudiants en formation initiale de niveau licence en sant\u00e9 minimum. Il est \u00e9galement possible, pour les conseillers en g\u00e9n\u00e9tique dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 AMU, en poste depuis 5 ans, de s\u2019inscrire en formation continue.<\/p>\n
Ce master a pour objectif de former des professionnels dont la mission principale est d\u2019accompagner les patients et leurs apparent\u00e9s dans la d\u00e9marche de g\u00e9n\u00e9tique m\u00e9dicale, en communiquant des informations pr\u00e9alables et relatives aux cons\u00e9quences des analyses mol\u00e9culaires constitutionnelles qui seront \u00e9ventuellement mises en \u0153uvre, sous la responsabilit\u00e9 du m\u00e9decin g\u00e9n\u00e9ticien. La diversit\u00e9 des domaines m\u00e9dicaux concern\u00e9s sera appr\u00e9hend\u00e9e afin de pr\u00e9parer les futurs conseillers en g\u00e9n\u00e9tique aux situations pratiques auxquels ils seront confront\u00e9s, dans le respect de l\u2019\u00c9thique m\u00e9dicale et de la confidentialit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques. En outre, les enseignements partag\u00e9s avec le Magist\u00e8re Europ\u00e9en de G\u00e9n\u00e9tique dispensent des connaissances et des m\u00e9thodes indispensables au suivi des progr\u00e8s particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9volutifs dans ce domaine de la m\u00e9decine.<\/p>\n
La g\u00e9n\u00e9tique m\u00e9dicale couvre tous les champs de la m\u00e9decine. Ainsi, une maquette tr\u00e8s riche est propos\u00e9e pour ce Master en 32 modules.\u00a0Les deux ann\u00e9es sont obligatoires quel que soit le niveau de dipl\u00f4me ant\u00e9rieur. En effet, l\u2019enseignement est planifi\u00e9 avec des cours magistraux les matins et des ateliers pratiques et interactifs les apr\u00e8s-midis afin de familiariser les \u00e9tudiants au contact avec les patients. En outre, 6 stages en milieu professionnel sont obligatoires : 4 stages d\u2019observation et d\u2019initiation en Master 1, le premier de 3 semaines et les 3 autres de 4 semaines chacun ; puis 2 stages en Master 2, avec un m\u00e9moire bibliographique au terme du premier stage de 8 semaines et un m\u00e9moire de recherche avec soutenance accompagnant le dernier stage de 12 semaines.<\/p>\n
