Juillet 2021 a vu la cr\u00e9ation de la plus grande UFR d\u2019Odontologie d\u2019Europe et l\u2019unique en Ile-de-France, au sein de notre universit\u00e9. En unifiant les UFR de Montrouge et Garanci\u00e8re, l\u2019UFR d\u2019Odontologie unique accueille d\u00e9sormais pr\u00e8s de 2000 \u00e9tudiantes et \u00e9tudiants et forme 15% des chirurgiens-dentistes de l\u2019hexagone.<\/p>\n
Apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode transitoire men\u00e9e par une \u00e9quipe projet constitu\u00e9e de membres des \u00e9quipes d\u00e9canales, administratives, de la Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 et de consultants externes (CGI), le Comit\u00e9 Technique de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 a valid\u00e9, le 25 janvier dernier, la nouvelle organisation administrative de l\u2019UFR d\u2019Odontologie unique.<\/p>\n

Quelle est, aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019organisation de l\u2019UFR d\u2019Odontologie de l\u2019universit\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n Marion Jenck :<\/strong> Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par structurer les services de la scolarit\u00e9 et de la formation continue en vue de la rentr\u00e9e 2021-2022, puis depuis le 25 janvier 2022, l\u2019unification des pratiques, des proc\u00e9dures et des process s\u2019est \u00e9tendue \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des services.<\/p>\n Vianney Descroix :<\/strong> De la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on que les \u00e9quipes administratives ont travaill\u00e9 ensemble pour construire une organisation unique, les \u00e9quipes p\u00e9dagogiques ont \u00e9galement b\u00e2ti de nouveaux programmes d\u2019enseignement. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 un travail cons\u00e9quent, port\u00e9 par Sibylle Vital et Laurence Jordan, pour garder un niveau d\u2019enseignement d\u2019excellence, tout en d\u00e9veloppant nos m\u00e9thodes p\u00e9dagogiques. Aujourd\u2019hui, nous avons un programme d\u2019enseignement unique et adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque promotion.<\/p>\n Comment avez-vous conduit ce changement ?<\/strong><\/p>\n Marion Jenck :<\/strong> Nous sommes all\u00e9s r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 la rencontre des agents, sur les deux sites, pour pr\u00e9senter le projet, r\u00e9pondre aux questions. Nous souhaitons d\u2019ailleurs garder ces moments d\u2019\u00e9changes qui sont tr\u00e8s importants pour nous et qui nous permettent d\u2019\u00e9couter et d\u2019accompagner au mieux les \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n Vianney Descroix :<\/strong> L\u2019important pour nous est d\u2019informer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur les changements, d\u2019entendre, de r\u00e9pondre aux questions et de prendre en compte les retours de chacun, pour construire ensemble la vision exigeante de notre UFR. C\u2019est pourquoi, nous avons aussi rencontr\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement enseignants et \u00e9tudiants et \u00e9galement, convi\u00e9 des agents administratifs aux groupes de travail pour la construction des programmes d\u2019enseignement.<\/p>\n Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 le r\u00f4le de la Facult\u00e9 dans la cr\u00e9ation de cette organisation ?<\/strong><\/p>\n Marion Jenck :<\/strong> La Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 extr\u00eamement facilitatrice et nous a fait b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une expertise indispensable pour cr\u00e9er notre UFR. Elle nous a permis, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des cellules de coordination hebdomadaires, de r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes tr\u00e8s concrets, de b\u00e2tir un r\u00e9seau de bonnes pratiques entre m\u00e9tiers, services et entre UFR et ainsi d\u00e9velopper un sentiment d\u2019appartenance et de soutien.<\/p>\n Vianney Descroix :<\/strong> Nous avons eu un grand soutien du Doyen de la Facult\u00e9, Xavier Jeunemaitre, de Christelle Coln\u00e9e, Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e, de Florie Weber, Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e Adjointe, de Christophe Dagues, Directeur du P\u00f4le Organisation et Qualit\u00e9, ainsi que de toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction. Nous avons senti cet appui tr\u00e8s bienveillant qui a permis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u00e9canale et de direction d\u2019avoir des enjeux et des ambitions communs et atteignables.<\/p>\n Actuellement, quels sont les enjeux de cette organisation commune ?<\/strong><\/p>\n Vianney Descroix :<\/strong> Apr\u00e8s une rentr\u00e9e qui s\u2019est bien pass\u00e9e, nous sommes toujours tr\u00e8s vigilants sur le bien-\u00eatre de nos \u00e9tudiants, enseignants et personnels. Ils doivent, pour certains, se partager entre deux sites universitaires, six sites hospitaliers et quatre laboratoires de recherche. Au-del\u00e0 de la richesse que cela apporte, nous souhaitons leur donner un confort et une qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail. Nous sommes, au quotidien, en train d\u2019ajuster nos m\u00e9thodes p\u00e9dagogiques et proc\u00e9dures administratives pour que l\u2019ensemble de nos usagers se sente bien tout en gardant notre exigence p\u00e9dagogique, administrative et de bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n Marion Jenck :<\/strong> C\u00f4t\u00e9 administratif, avant tout, que les agents trouvent leur place, que l\u2019on puisse leur proposer des formations et les accompagner dans le changement, pour que chacun trouve du sens dans son travail et ces nouvelles pratiques.
