Le 24 septembre 2021, l\u2019UFR de m\u00e9decine d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 a organis\u00e9 une conf\u00e9rence en ligne portant sur la simulation en sant\u00e9 mentale, en partenariat avec Maudsley Simulation et King\u2019s College London. Cette conf\u00e9rence conjointe visait \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter comment la p\u00e9dagogie par la simulation peut enrichir de mani\u00e8re innovante la formation dans le champ de la sant\u00e9 mentale et contribuer \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer les m\u00e9thodes p\u00e9dagogiques afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer in fine<\/em>les pratiques professionnelles. \u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Des sessions pl\u00e9ni\u00e8res th\u00e9matiques<\/h3>\n

La matin\u00e9e a d\u00e9but\u00e9 par quelques mots d\u2019introduction prononc\u00e9s par le Pr Fabrice Jollant, pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, la Pr C\u00e9cile Badoual, vice-pr\u00e9sidente pour la transformation p\u00e9dagogique \u00e0 Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 et le Pr Pierre Vidailhet (Universit\u00e9 de Strasbourg), secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Francophone de Simulation en Sant\u00e9 (SoFraSimS).<\/p>\n

Des sessions th\u00e9matiques conduites par l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019experts \u00e0 Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 et \u00e0 Maudsley Simulation ont abord\u00e9 tour \u00e0 tour des aspects essentiels de la simulation en sant\u00e9 mentale : le r\u00f4le pionnier du centre du Maudsley en la mati\u00e8re, le r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 des \u00e9motions dans l\u2019apprentissage, les donn\u00e9es disponibles sur l\u2019efficience de cette p\u00e9dagogie dans la litt\u00e9rature, les aspects techniques et pratiques de sa mise en \u0153uvre, et son application lors d\u2019un programme d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation du risque suicidaire pour les internes de psychiatrie de 1\u00e8re<\/sup> ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Des workshops interactifs<\/h3>\n

L\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, des ateliers interactifs invitaient les participants \u00e0 participer \u00e0 des exercices pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par nos experts sur le d\u00e9briefing en simulation, les patients simul\u00e9s (\u00e0 l\u2019aide de t\u00e9moignages d\u2019acteurs et de patients experts) et la formation par la simulation en ligne. Les ateliers \u00e9taient aussi l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 pour les participants d\u2019\u00e9changer directement sur cette pratique encore trop faiblement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en France.<\/p>\n

De futures collaborations<\/h3>\n

L\u2019UFR de m\u00e9decine d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, Maudsley Simulation et King\u2019s College London avaient imagin\u00e9 cette premi\u00e8re conf\u00e9rence conjointe comme une introduction \u00e0 la simulation en sant\u00e9 mentale en France et un des maillons d\u2019un partenariat international autour de cette pratique. Les trois institutions partenaires entendent bien approfondir les th\u00e9matiques explor\u00e9es et pr\u00e9voient d\u2019organiser une nouvelle conf\u00e9rence d\u00e8s l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine. D\u2019autres formes de collaborations futures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9es, notamment la cr\u00e9ation de formations conjointes.<\/p>\n
