z_index_tablet=\u00a0\u00bb500&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p>En cr\u00e9ant l\u2019Institut du Diab\u00e8te, Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de sa Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9, offre, aux 8 \u00e9quipes de recherche des 4 UMR actuellement membres de cet Institut, une structure de coordination facilitant la mise en commun de leurs composantes afin d\u2019aboutir \u00e0 une approche globale du Diab\u00e8te, portant un effort particulier sur la recherche translationnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9quipes de recherche (Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 &#8211; Sorbonne Universit\u00e9 \u2013 Inserm &#8211; CNRS) travaillant autour de la physiopathologie du diab\u00e8te sont pour certaines \u00e9galement en charge de services cliniques. Ces derniers, qui soignent une majorit\u00e9 des enfants et des adultes diab\u00e9tiques de Paris, sont dans le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9. Les coop\u00e9rations se d\u00e9roulent donc non seulement dans le cadre du soin mais \u00e9galement dans le cadre de la recherche clinique (PHRC, ANR, constitution de cohorte&#8230;). Cette synergie entre toutes ces \u00e9quipes permettra de structurer une recherche ambitieuse \u00e0 la fois pour l\u2019obtention de financements d\u2019envergure mais aussi pour favoriser l\u2019\u00e9mergence de jeunes \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Recherche, formation et diffusion<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>En mati\u00e8re de recherche, l\u2019Institut se propose de coordonner les projets de recherche fondamentale, translationnelle et clinique ainsi que leur valorisation \u00e9conomique et soci\u00e9tale.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019activit\u00e9 repose sur la d\u00e9finition et le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019axes de recherches dont la coordination est assur\u00e9e par un membre de l\u2019Institut\u00a0:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ph\u00e9notypage\/Etiologie\/Diab\u00e8tes syndromiques<\/strong>: \u00c9laboration d\u2019une grille de ph\u00e9notypage commune entre la p\u00e9diatrie et la diab\u00e9tologie adulte. Centralisation, pour les services cliniques, de l\u2019immunoph\u00e9notypage des cellules circulantes en fonction des besoins et qui r\u00e9pondent au besoin des diff\u00e9rentes unit\u00e9s de recherche travaillant sur l\u2019immunit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pancr\u00e9as et Diab\u00e8te<\/strong>: Am\u00e9lioration de la fili\u00e8re d\u2019obtention de tissus pancr\u00e9atiques humains\u00a0: \u00eelots de Langherans et bloc de pancr\u00e9as<\/li>\n<li><strong>Immunit\u00e9 et Diab\u00e8te<\/strong>: Cr\u00e9ation et mise \u00e0 disposition des cohortes humaines<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019insuline\/m\u00e9tabolisme\/Dialogue entre organes<\/strong>: Recensement des diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les animaux, des tissus et des diff\u00e9rentes cultures cellulaires utilis\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nouvelles technologies<\/strong>: Vaste champ d\u2019investigation autour\u00a0de l\u2019application des nouvelles technologies dans le mode d\u2019administration de l\u2019insuline (boucle ferm\u00e9e), de la cr\u00e9ation et de l\u2019utilisation d\u2019outils connect\u00e9s d\u2019intelligence artificielle pour la prise en charge des malades et de l\u2019utilisation des nouvelles technologies dans la formation.
