Ils contribuent ainsi \u00e0 la sortie de cette crise sanitaire majeure en pr\u00e9servant les \u00e9quipes de premi\u00e8re ligne et en permettant ainsi une qualit\u00e9 de prise en charge \u00e9gale tout au long de l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n C’est le cas de Marion, \u00e9tudiante en derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e en Odontologie \u00e0 Montrouge qui fait partie des premiers volontaires \u00e0 avoir rejoint les \u00e9quipes de t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance de Covidom.<\/p>\n \u00ab Apr\u00e8s la formation, nous nous inscrivons sur les plannings pour nos prochaines sessions de t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance. En priorit\u00e9, il faut appeler les alertes rouges. Heureusement, pour la plupart, ce ne sont que de fausses alertes. Mais pour d\u2019autres, avec la d\u00e9cision du m\u00e9decin, il faut appeler le SAMU, avec lequel nous sommes en liaison directe. A la moindre question du patient ou si nous avons un doute, un m\u00e9decin vient nous aider. Nous lui expliquons rapidement la situation et il reprend l\u2019appel. La d\u00e9cision d\u2019appeler les urgences lui revient. \u00bb<\/p>\n Apr\u00e8s chaque appel, les t\u00e9l\u00e9op\u00e9rateurs compl\u00e8tent les dossiers m\u00e9dicaux des patients pour assurer un suivi constant de leur \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9. \u00ab Les patients jug\u00e9s \u00e0 risques doivent remplir un second questionnaire l\u2019apr\u00e8s midi. Si un patient n\u2019a pas r\u00e9pondu, nous faisons \u00ab nos transmissions \u00bb pour que notre rempla\u00e7ant le rappelle un peu plus tard. \u00bb explique Marion.<\/p>\n \u00ab Chaque appel est diff\u00e9rent, tout d\u00e9pend de la situation du patient et de sa situation de confinement. Mais les patients sont reconnaissants de notre initiative et nous remercient \u00e0 chaque fois\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n Le lancement et la coordination des formations \u00e0 Covidom est assur\u00e9e par le Dr Jean-Pierre Attal (UFR d\u2019Odontologie de Montrouge) et le Pr Marie-Violaine Berteretche (UFR d\u2019Odontologie de Garanci\u00e8re).<\/p>\n D\u00e9couvrez l’int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du t\u00e9moignage de Marion, volontaire engag\u00e9e dans les \u00e9quipes de t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance de COVIDOM<\/a>.<\/p>\n La plateforme Covidom est une solution de t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance m\u00e9dicalis\u00e9e qui permet un suivi, automatis\u00e9, des patients suspects ou confirm\u00e9s d\u2019une affection Covid-19 trait\u00e9s en ambulatoire apr\u00e8s une prise en charge m\u00e9dicale initiale hors Covidom. Le patient ne peut pas s\u2019auto-inclure dans le dispositif, seul un m\u00e9decin peut y int\u00e9grer le patient apr\u00e8s une consultation en pr\u00e9sentiel ou en t\u00e9l\u00e9consultation.<\/p>\n Une fois inclus dans le processus par un m\u00e9decin, le patient r\u00e9pond quotidiennement \u00e0 un questionnaire num\u00e9rique simple, depuis un ordinateur ou via l\u2019application disponible sur les principaux stores. La fr\u00e9quence du questionnaire est variable en fonction de la stratification du risque. Selon les r\u00e9ponses donn\u00e9es au questionnaire, des alertes peuvent \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es. Celles-ci sont analys\u00e9es et lorsque c\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire, le patient est recontact\u00e9. Le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, l\u2019\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale prend les mesures appropri\u00e9es.<\/p>\n Le centre de t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance m\u00e9dicale a la visibilit\u00e9 sur l\u2019ensemble des patients inclus dans le dispositif Covidom. Il assure le suivi quotidien des patients \u00e0 travers l\u2019analyse des alertes et les appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques lorsque c\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire, et fait le lien avec le SAMU (ligne
