La fusion des UFR M\u00e9decine Paris Centre et Paris Nord est effective depuis le 15 juillet dernier. Le Pr. Philippe Ruszniewski a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 administrateur provisoire de la nouvelle UFR. L\u2019\u00e9lection des conseils aura lieu \u00e0 l\u2019automne.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

D\u00e9velopper des offres p\u00e9dagogiques et de recherche pour les \u00e9tudiants et enseignants, offrir davantage de terrains de stage aux \u00e9tudiants, am\u00e9liorer la lisibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019offre de formation en m\u00e9decine, ma\u00efeutique et fili\u00e8res param\u00e9dicales, optimiser le service aux publics, offrir un cadre de travail satisfaisant \u00e0 chacun\u2026 tels sont les principaux objectifs que s\u2019est fix\u00e9e la nouvelle UFR de m\u00e9decine d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Des identit\u00e9s distinctes au service d’un projet commun<\/h4>\n

Appuy\u00e9e par la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des services, la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e aux ressources humaines et aux organisations et la Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9, cette nouvelle UFR s\u2019est constitu\u00e9e autour des directions, des \u00e9quipes administratives et des \u00e9quipes enseignantes des deux UFR de m\u00e9decine. Au-del\u00e0 de leurs identit\u00e9s distinctes et de leurs modes de fonctionnement parfois diff\u00e9rents, cette cr\u00e9ation \u00e9tait un challenge d\u2019autant plus grand qu\u2019elle s\u2019inscrit dans le contexte plus large de fusion des deux universit\u00e9s dont elles sont issues et de la r\u00e9forme de l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans les \u00e9tudes de sant\u00e9. Les transformations sont donc nombreuses et simultan\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Plusieurs temps d\u2019\u00e9changes avec des chefs de services, des \u00e9quipes, des enseignants-chercheurs ont eu lieu afin d\u2019identifier les organisations et process en place, les syst\u00e8mes de gouvernance et de management et les attentes des acteurs pour construire avec eux leurs p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres d\u2019activit\u00e9s. Ce processus vertueux avait pour objectif d\u2019homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser les pratiques et de d\u00e9finir les m\u00e9thodes et l\u2019organisation les plus efficientes pour offrir un service public de qualit\u00e9 aux usagers et un environnement de travail optimal pour les \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n

La p\u00e9dagogie au c\u0153ur du projet de la nouvelle UFR<\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

La construction du volet p\u00e9dagogique est l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment central de la strat\u00e9gie de la nouvelle UFR. Elle concerne en premier lieu les \u00e9tudes de 2e<\/sup> ann\u00e9e de m\u00e9decine et les formations param\u00e9dicales. Les enseignants sont mobilis\u00e9s depuis l\u2019automne 2018 pour construire un programme commun. Les r\u00e9formes de la 1re<\/sup> ann\u00e9e commune des \u00e9tudes de sant\u00e9 et du 2e<\/sup> cycle des \u00e9tudes de m\u00e9decine font \u00e9galement partie des travaux de construction de l\u2019UFR unique.<\/p>\n

La r\u00e9forme du 2e<\/sup> cycle de m\u00e9decine n\u2019est pas en reste et les \u00e9quipes du Conseil p\u00e9dagogique, compos\u00e9es d\u2019enseignants, associant en outre des agents administratifs et des directions, accomplissent un important travail pour composer des programmes adapt\u00e9s aux \u00e9volutions de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, aux m\u00e9tiers de sant\u00e9 de demain afin d\u2019offrir un enseignement d\u2019excellence aux \u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n

Sans oublier la r\u00e9forme relative \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans les \u00e9tudes de sant\u00e9 qui propose d\u00e9sormais deux nouvelles voies d\u2019acc\u00e8s : les parcours PASS et L.AS. Cette premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, commune aux fili\u00e8res de sant\u00e9, est g\u00e9r\u00e9e depuis cette rentr\u00e9e 2020 par la Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 pour le PASS et la mineure Sant\u00e9 des L.AS.<\/p>\n

La fusion des UFR M\u00e9decine Paris Centre et Paris Nord est effective depuis le 15 juillet dernier. Le Pr. Philippe Ruszniewski a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 administrateur provisoire de la nouvelle UFR. L\u2019\u00e9lection des conseils aura lieu \u00e0 l\u2019automne. <\/p>\n
