z_index_tablet=\u00a0\u00bb500&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p>Dans la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019appel ANR Flash Covid-19 ayant abouti au financement de 118 projets, l\u2019ANR a lanc\u00e9 le 15 avril dernier un appel RA-Covid-19 (Recherche-Action Covid-19) pour soutenir des travaux dont les r\u00e9sultats pourraient \u00eatre impl\u00e9ment\u00e9s dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans les 3 \u00e0 12 prochains mois. En coh\u00e9rence avec les recommandations de l\u2019OMS, l\u2019appel couvre les 5 th\u00e9matiques suivantes : \u00e9tudes \u00e9pid\u00e9miologiques ; physiopathog\u00e9nie de la maladie ; pr\u00e9vention et contr\u00f4le de l\u2019infection ; \u00e9thique et dynamiques sociales ; enjeux globaux de la pand\u00e9mie Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019issue des 3 premi\u00e8res vagues d\u2019\u00e9valuation, le comit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9valuation scientifique de l\u2019appel a retenu 24 projets pour financement total de 2,548 M\u20ac, parmi les 96 premi\u00e8res propositions \u00e9valu\u00e9es. 3 projets sont port\u00e9s par Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Apcod<\/strong>, <em>Les cellules pr\u00e9sentatrices d&rsquo;antig\u00e8nes dans la maladie de COVID-19 \u00e0 r\u00e9solution monocellulaire<\/em> est coordonn\u00e9 par Vasili Soumelis (Inserm U 976 &#8211; Immunologie humaine, pathophysiologie et immunoth\u00e9rapie Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9).<br \/><strong>Apcod<\/strong> vise \u00e0 \u00e9tudier la diversit\u00e9 des sous-ensembles cellulaires qui pr\u00e9sentent des antig\u00e8nes, les caract\u00e9ristiques mol\u00e9culaires et fonctionnelles sous-jacentes, et les r\u00e9seaux cellulaires qui s\u2019engagent dans le contexte d\u2019une infection s\u00e9v\u00e8re par le SRAS-CoV-2. Les \u00e9tudes pourraient avoir un impact clinique significatif pour la gestion future de la maladie Covid-19, sous la forme de nouvelles cibles th\u00e9rapeutiques et de strat\u00e9gies de traitement bas\u00e9es sur les biomarqueurs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chip-Covid-19<\/strong>, <em>\u00c9tude du r\u00f4le de l&rsquo;h\u00e9matopo\u00ef\u00e8se clonale comme facteur de susceptibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;infection par COVID-19<\/em> est coordonn\u00e9 par Ziad Mallat (INSERM UMR_S970 &#8211; Paris Centre de Recherche Cardiovasculaire\/H\u00f4pital Europ\u00e9en Georges Pompidou). <br \/><strong>Chip-Covid-19 <\/strong>porte sur l\u2019\u00e9tude du r\u00f4le de l\u2019h\u00e9matopo\u00ef\u00e8se clonale comme facteur de susceptibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019infection par Covid-19. De nombreuses personnes pr\u00e9sentent des cellules sanguines anormales dans leur corps en raison de modifications g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques al\u00e9atoires qui se produisent avec le temps. Ces cellules r\u00e9agissent anormalement \u00e0 l\u2019inflammation, ce qui entra\u00eene de nombreuses maladies. Les chercheurs souhaitent tester si ces cellules sont responsables de la maladie Covid-19 grave.<\/li>\n<li><b>SURVIE <\/b>est coordonn\u00e9 par Todd Lubart (UMR T_7708 &#8211; Laboratoire de Psychologie et d&rsquo;ergonomie appliqu\u00e9es &#8211;
