Les m\u00e9decins d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et de demain devront faire face \u00e0 de nombreux d\u00e9fis\u00a0: multiplication des virus \u00e9mergents <strong>(Zika, Ebola, grippe pand\u00e9mique et aujourd\u2019hui Covid-19)<\/strong>, propagation rapide des agents infectieux dans un monde globalis\u00e9, controverses sur les vaccins, r\u00e9sistance aux antibiotiques. Claire Le Jeunne et le Dr. Caroline Charlier \u00e0 l\u2019UFR de m\u00e9decine d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9. Il s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 du projet IDEAL initi\u00e9 en 2016, par la m\u00eame \u00e9quipe enseignante et qui innovait d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans l\u2019enseignement des maladies infectieuses. IDEAL+ a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 par l\u2019agence <strong>Erasmus+<\/strong> en 2019 pour un financement de trois ans.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de d\u00e9velopper une connaissance solide des maladies infectieuses et de leurs enjeux chez les \u00e9tudiants en m\u00e9decine et de participer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9change de bonnes pratiques \u00a0au niveau europ\u00e9en, ce projet d\u00e9veloppe trois approches p\u00e9dagogiques compl\u00e9mentaires :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un s\u00e9minaire annuel de trois jours en <strong>innovation p\u00e9dagogique<\/strong>, \u00ab <strong>Train the trainers<\/strong> \u00bb,\u00a0 <strong>destin\u00e9 aux<\/strong> <strong>enseignants en m\u00e9decine\u00a0<\/strong> des institutions partenaires.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Une semaine de cours intensive<\/strong> <strong>sur les maladies infectieuses pour les \u00e9tudiants en m\u00e9decine<\/strong> de DFGSM3 organis\u00e9e pour les 3 ann\u00e9es du projet dans six universit\u00e9s europ\u00e9ennes partenaires (Paris, Rome, Edimbourg, Anvers, Hambourg, Ath\u00e8nes). Lors de cette semaine, les enseignants mettent en pratique ce qu\u2019ils ont appris pendant le s\u00e9minaire : cas cliniques, team-based learning, simulation, serious games, conf\u00e9rence d\u2019expert. Ce cours est soit en substitution du cursus traditionnel et permet aux \u00e9tudiants d\u2019obtenir des ECTS (Rome et Paris), soit en suppl\u00e9ment du cursus traditionnel. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 conjointement par les \u00e9quipes d\u2019enseignants et est r\u00e9pliqu\u00e9 dans chaque ville partenaire \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes p\u00e9riodes de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.
