Le 1er octobre, La\u00efla Khellaf a pris ses fonctions en tant que directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e de la Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9. Avec un parcours riche m\u00ealant responsabilit\u00e9s en sant\u00e9 et dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, elle s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 relever ce d\u00e9fi strat\u00e9gique au sein de l\u2019universit\u00e9. Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 votre parcours professionnel avant votre arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9\u00a0?<\/h2>\n

Mon parcours professionnel de plus de 20 ans refl\u00e8te un engagement constant dans le service public, avec une expertise particuli\u00e8re dans les domaines de la sant\u00e9 et de l’enseignement sup\u00e9rieur. J’ai notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 responsable juridique au Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9, o\u00f9 j’ai particip\u00e9 activement \u00e0 l’\u00e9laboration de textes l\u00e9gislatifs et travaill\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les ordres des professions m\u00e9dicales et pharmaceutiques. Cette exp\u00e9rience m’a donn\u00e9 une compr\u00e9hension fine des enjeux du secteur de la sant\u00e9 au niveau national.<\/p>\n

J’ai ensuite occup\u00e9 le poste de Directrice des affaires juridiques \u00e0 Sorbonne Universit\u00e9, o\u00f9 j’ai pilot\u00e9 le projet institutionnel de fusion entre l’UPMC et Paris-Sorbonne. Auparavant, j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 Directrice des affaires g\u00e9n\u00e9rales \u00e0 l’UPMC, pilotant une \u00e9quipe de 15 agents. Mon exp\u00e9rience inclut \u00e9galement des fonctions au sein d’agences nationales comme l’Anses, o\u00f9 j’ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une expertise en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 publique et de d\u00e9ontologie. Plus r\u00e9cemment, j’\u00e9tais responsable du service juridique, march\u00e9s publics et immobilier au Cr\u00e9dit Municipal de Paris, o\u00f9 j’ai pu \u00e9largir mes comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de pilotage strat\u00e9gique et de gestion administrative.<\/p>\n

Pourquoi avoir choisi la Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9\u00a0? \u00a0<\/h2>\n

La Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 de l’Universit\u00e9 Paris-Cit\u00e9 repr\u00e9sente pour moi l’opportunit\u00e9 de mettre mon expertise au service d’une institution acad\u00e9mique d’excellence. Mes exp\u00e9riences m\u2019ont permis de d\u00e9velopper une compr\u00e9hension approfondie des enjeux acad\u00e9miques dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9. Je suis convaincue que mes comp\u00e9tences en pilotage institutionnel et ma capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les \u00e9quipes autour de projets communs peuvent \u00eatre des atouts pr\u00e9cieux pour accompagner le d\u00e9veloppement de la Facult\u00e9 de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Quelles sont les activit\u00e9s principales de votre poste au sein de la Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9, et qui peut vous solliciter\u00a0?<\/h2>\n

En tant que Directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e, ma mission principale est d’assurer le pilotage administratif de la Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec le Doyen, Matthieu Resche-Riggon, et sous l’autorit\u00e9 du Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des services, David Cl\u00e9ment. Je coordonne les sept p\u00f4les de la Facult\u00e9 (Recherche et Innovation, Formation et Vie \u00e9tudiante, Ressources Humaines, Finances\/achats, Relations internationales, Organisation et qualit\u00e9, Affaires juridiques et institutionnelles) et les 3 UFR pour garantir une performance administrative optimale au service de tous nos usagers. Mon r\u00f4le est d’\u00eatre une facilitatrice qui accompagne la mise en \u0153uvre des orientations strat\u00e9giques de la Facult\u00e9 de sant\u00e9, en coh\u00e9rence avec le projet d’Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Je peux \u00eatre sollicit\u00e9e par l’ensemble de la communaut\u00e9 facultaire : l’\u00e9quipe d\u00e9canale que je conseille, les directeurs de composantes, les \u00e9quipes administratives que je dirige, ainsi que les enseignants-chercheurs et \u00e9tudiants. Ma porte est toujours ouverte pour trouver des solutions constructives et accompagner les projets, dans une d\u00e9marche d’\u00e9coute et de bienveillance.<\/p>\n

Quels seront vos premiers projets les plus importants\u00a0?\u00a0<\/h2>\n

Mes premiers projets s’articuleront autour de plusieurs axes prioritaires. Tout d’abord, je souhaite apporter un soutien concret et efficace \u00e0 nos trois composantes (UFR de m\u00e9decine, d’odontologie et de pharmacie) ainsi qu’au futur d\u00e9partement universitaire de ma\u00efeutique. Mon objectif est de les accompagner au quotidien dans leurs projets et leurs besoins sp\u00e9cifiques, en \u00e9tablissant un dialogue constructif et en d\u00e9veloppant des solutions adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 chacune.<\/p>\n

Je m’attacherai \u00e9galement \u00e0 comprendre en profondeur l’organisation et les enjeux particuliers de chaque composante, en allant \u00e0 la rencontre des \u00e9quipes. Cette d\u00e9marche permettra d’identifier les leviers d’optimisation de nos processus administratifs et de construire une offre de services v\u00e9ritablement adapt\u00e9e aux besoins du terrain.<\/p>\n

La modernisation de nos outils de pilotage et le renforcement du dialogue entre les diff\u00e9rents acteurs seront \u00e9galement au c\u0153ur de mes priorit\u00e9s. Je souhaite notamment faciliter les interactions entre les composantes et les sept p\u00f4les de la Facult\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er des synergies et fluidifier nos processus de d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n

Mon ambition est d’insuffler une dynamique positive et agile, tout en garantissant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique de nos activit\u00e9s et en veillant \u00e0 la bonne utilisation de nos ressources. Cette approche s’inscrit pleinement dans le projet de transformation de l’administration d’Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, avec l’objectif constant d’am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de service pour l’ensemble de notre communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Je m\u2019int\u00e9resse au street art, une forme d’expression artistique qui t\u00e9moigne de la vitalit\u00e9 et de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 des espaces urbains. J’aime particuli\u00e8rement explorer les m\u00e9tropoles lors de mes voyages, d\u00e9couvrir leur culture et leur identit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers leur art urbain. Ces explorations urbaines nourrissent ma curiosit\u00e9 \u00e0 porter un regard nouveau sur les environnements qui m’entourent. Je suis \u00e9galement une surfeuse – m\u00eame si j’ai fait une pause ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, je compte bien reprendre prochainement cette pratique qui demande \u00e9quilibre et pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance.<\/p>\n
