Mardi dernier, en d\u00e9but de soir\u00e9e, s\u2019est tenu le premier s\u00e9minaire scientifique du D\u00e9partement universitaire de ma\u00efeutique. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, accueilli par l\u2019UFR de Pharmacie, a rassembl\u00e9 une centaine de personnes : \u00e9tudiantes et \u00e9tudiants, mais aussi sage-femmes en activit\u00e9s, chercheuses et chercheurs du domaine ont r\u00e9pondu pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9partement universitaire de ma\u00efeutique de l’universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, un d\u00e9partement pionnier<\/h2>\n

L\u2019ouverture du s\u00e9minaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de se rem\u00e9morer le chemin parcouru par la ma\u00efeutique au sein du monde universitaire. La Professeure Anne Chantry a rappel\u00e9 quelle \u00e9tait la situation il y a vingt ans : la ma\u00efeutique s\u2019appelait encore sage-femmerie, et les \u00e9tudes n\u2019\u00e9taient reconnues par aucun grade post-bac. La cr\u00e9ation d’un D\u00e9partement universitaire comme celui ouvert \u00e0 l’universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 en 2022 r\u00e9pondait aux fortes attentes de la communaut\u00e9 ma\u00efeutique qui cherchait \u00e0 convaincre depuis longtemps.<\/p>\n

Le propre d\u2019une universit\u00e9 \u00e9tant d\u2019allier formation et recherche, l\u2019existence d\u2019un d\u00e9partement universitaire de ma\u00efeutique permet le d\u00e9veloppement de programmes de recherche dans le domaine \u2013 ce qui n\u2019existe pas dans les \u00e9coles de ma\u00efeutique. La tenue de ce premier s\u00e9minaire scientifique consacre la r\u00e9ussite d\u2019un d\u00e9partement qui compte pas moins de 3 enseignantes-chercheures sur les 27 qualifi\u00e9s dans la discipline par le CNU depuis 2019.<\/p>\n

Un domaine de recherche tr\u00e8s riche<\/h2>\n

Le s\u00e9minaire s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 en deux parties : dans un premier temps, trois enseignantes-chercheuses du d\u00e9partement et une enseignante-chercheuse invit\u00e9e ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats de leurs recherches les plus r\u00e9centes, puis quatre \u00e9tudiantes, actuelles ou alumni<\/em>, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 distingu\u00e9es pour la qualit\u00e9 de leurs m\u00e9moires et ont pu pr\u00e9senter leurs travaux.<\/p>\n

Ces interventions ont t\u00e9moign\u00e9 de la diversit\u00e9 des recherches en ma\u00efeutique\u00a0: tous les aspects de la m\u00e9thode scientifique \u00e9taient repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, depuis l\u2019approche fondamentale jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019approche bibliographique, en passant par la recherche empirique. Il y a eu quelque chose d\u2019enthousiasmant \u00e0 voir avec quel s\u00e9rieux et quelle conscience des enjeux les \u00e9tudiantes et les \u00e9tudiants, les enseignantes et les enseignantes-chercheuses ont particip\u00e9, dans la soir\u00e9e de mardi, \u00e0 la constitution du domaine scientifique de la ma\u00efeutique.<\/p>\n

L\u2019ouverture du s\u00e9minaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de se rem\u00e9morer le chemin parcouru par la ma\u00efeutique \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9. La Professeure Anne Chantry a rappel\u00e9 quelle \u00e9tait la situation il y a vingt ans\u00a0: la ma\u00efeutique s\u2019appelait encore sage-femmerie, les \u00e9tudes n\u2019\u00e9taient reconnues par aucun grade post-bac, et ce n\u2019est qu\u2019en 2001 que la formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 dissoci\u00e9e des \u00e9tudes de soins infirmiers.<\/p>

La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un d\u00e9partement universitaire de ma\u00efeutique, comme celui ouvert en 2022 \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, est donc le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une lutte longue et difficile. Le propre d\u2019une universit\u00e9 \u00e9tant d\u2019allier formation et recherche, l\u2019existence d\u2019un d\u00e9partement universitaire de ma\u00efeutique permet le d\u00e9veloppement de programmes de recherche dans le domaine \u2013 ce qui n\u2019existe pas dans les \u00e9coles de ma\u00efeutique. La tenue de ce premier s\u00e9minaire scientifique consacre la r\u00e9ussite d\u2019un d\u00e9partement qui compte pas moins de 4 enseignantes-chercheures sur les 27 qualifi\u00e9s dans la discipline par le CNU depuis 2019.<\/p>

Un domaine de recherche tr\u00e8s riche<\/h2>

Le s\u00e9minaire s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 en deux parties : dans un premier temps, trois enseignantes-chercheuses du d\u00e9partement et une enseignante-chercheuse invit\u00e9e ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats de leurs recherches les plus r\u00e9centes, puis quatre \u00e9tudiantes, actuelles ou alumni<\/em>, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 distingu\u00e9es pour la qualit\u00e9 de leurs m\u00e9moires et ont pu pr\u00e9senter leurs travaux.<\/p>

Ces interventions ont t\u00e9moign\u00e9 de la diversit\u00e9 des recherches en ma\u00efeutique\u00a0: tous les aspects de la m\u00e9thode scientifique \u00e9taient repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, depuis l\u2019approche fondamentale jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019approche bibliographique, en passant par la recherche empirique. Il y a eu quelque chose d\u2019enthousiasmant \u00e0 voir avec quel s\u00e9rieux et quelle conscience des enjeux les \u00e9tudiantes et les \u00e9tudiants, les enseignantes et les enseignantes-chercheuses ont particip\u00e9, dans la soir\u00e9e de mardi, \u00e0 la constitution du domaine scientifique de la ma\u00efeutique.<\/p>
