L\u2019\u00e9thique, une dimension n\u00e9cessaire du soin<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Le projet de capsules vid\u00e9os \u00c9thique du soin au cin\u00e9ma<\/em><\/a>, port\u00e9 par C\u00e9line Lef\u00e8ve pour l\u2019Institut la Personne en M\u00e9decine<\/a>, s\u2019enracine dans un constat fort. Dans les pratiques professionnelles du soin, il arrive que la dimension humaine demeure hors champ. Didier Sicard, professeur \u00e9m\u00e9rite de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, et ancien pr\u00e9sident du Comit\u00e9 consultatif national d\u2019\u00e9thique, \u00e9troitement associ\u00e9 au projet, le r\u00e9sume en une formule frappante : \u00ab La m\u00e9decine est une part de l\u2019existence qui peut sauver, quelquefois meurtrir, mais qui est au service de l\u2019humain, et non l\u2019inverse. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Remettre l\u2019humain au centre du soin, changer le regard des praticiens sur leurs approches, \u00ab\u00a0faire descendre le m\u00e9decin de son cheval pour se rapprocher de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 humaine\u00a0\u00bb comme le dit encore Didier Sicard, voil\u00e0 l\u2019ambition \u00e9thique qui traverse l\u2019ensemble des vid\u00e9os.<\/p>\n

Le cin\u00e9ma, un regard humain sur les pratiques de soin<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Dans sa repr\u00e9sentation des soins, le cin\u00e9ma ne fait pas l\u2019\u00e9conomie de probl\u00e9matiques qui d\u00e9passent le niveau biom\u00e9dical. Bien souvent, ce sont les dimensions psychiques et sociales qui sont au c\u0153ur des intrigues. Dans \u00c0 tombeau ouvert<\/em>, le film de Scorsese sorti en 1999, le point de vue est celui d\u2019un ambulancier au bord de la rupture. En 2016, dans La Fille inconnue<\/em>, les fr\u00e8res Dardenne s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 au soin et aux devoirs moraux du m\u00e9decin. Et ce ne sont que deux exemples parmi les 14 films analys\u00e9s dans les vid\u00e9os.<\/p>\n

Le cin\u00e9ma appara\u00eet alors comme un r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur. Il donne \u00e0 voir tout ce qui \u00e9chappe aux praticiens et aux malades. L\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 avant la prise en charge ou pendant la convalescence, le partage des \u00e9motions dans les familles, mais aussi les moments de soulagement des patients et des professionnels : tout ce qui se passe hors de la relation m\u00e9dicale peut \u00eatre montr\u00e9 dans un film. Les gros plans, l\u2019identification \u00e0 un point de vue, sont autant de techniques propres au cin\u00e9ma qui conduisent \u00e0 \u00ab un d\u00e9centrement du regard \u00bb, ainsi que l\u2019analyse C\u00e9line Lef\u00e8ve. Le spectateur est conduit \u00e0 ressentir ce que vivent les patients, mais aussi les praticiens du soin, alternativement. Ce que les vid\u00e9astes sont all\u00e9s chercher, c\u2019est bien cette capacit\u00e9 du cin\u00e9ma \u00e0 restituer toute la complexit\u00e9 du soin dans le jeu des points de vue.<\/p>\n

La pluridisciplinarit\u00e9 au service de l\u2019\u00e9thique du soin<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Pour relever le d\u00e9fi de la complexit\u00e9, il fallait une \u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire. C\u00e9line Lef\u00e8ve, professeure de philosophie de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, s\u2019est donc entour\u00e9e de Jean-Michel Frodon, historien, professeur associ\u00e9 \u00e0 Sciences Po et critique cin\u00e9ma pour Slate.fr, ainsi que de Fran\u00e7ois Cr\u00e9mieux, directeur de l\u2019Assistance Publique \u2013 H\u00f4pitaux de Marseille. Les vid\u00e9os sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par Kendra McLaughlin, r\u00e9alisatrice, ancienne \u00e9l\u00e8ve de l\u2019\u00c9cole des arts politiques de Sciences Po, ancienne \u00e9l\u00e8ve du Fresnoy, et doctorante \u00e0 Harvard.<\/p>\n

La qualit\u00e9 de la production et des invit\u00e9s doit \u00eatre soulign\u00e9e. \u00c0 chaque fois, l\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u2019entoure des sp\u00e9cialistes qui lui permettent de d\u00e9plier tous les enjeux du film qu\u2019elle analyse \u2013 parfois m\u00eame de la r\u00e9alisatrice ou du r\u00e9alisateur. En un passionnant jeu de renvois, les vid\u00e9os d\u00e9cortiquent le regard que les cin\u00e9astes ont port\u00e9 sur la relation de soin, pour les analyser. D\u00e9construction des regards et des jeux de pouvoirs qu\u2019ils impliquent, pour approcher au plus pr\u00e8s des personnes.<\/p>\n
