Quels sont les objectifs de la plateforme\u00a0?<\/h3>\n
Il s’agit d’une plateforme didactique<\/a> pour aider les chirurgiens \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des vid\u00e9os chirurgicales p\u00e9dagogiques. Le site peut \u00eatre explor\u00e9 de deux fa\u00e7ons :<\/p>\n\n- par l’arborescence en explorant les diff\u00e9rentes pages qui expliquent les \u00e9tapes de cr\u00e9ation d’une vid\u00e9o chirurgicale p\u00e9dagogique. Les aspects r\u00e9glementaires (RGPD, droit \u00e0 l\u2019image, \u00e9thique\u2026) sont abord\u00e9s et un consentement type pour les patients est propos\u00e9. Les consid\u00e9rations techniques pour r\u00e9duire la taille de la vid\u00e9o en gardant une qualit\u00e9 optimale sont discut\u00e9es ainsi que les astuces pour l\u2019acquisition vid\u00e9o au bloc. Enfin les recommandations pour \u00e9diter sa vid\u00e9o brute et produire une vid\u00e9o p\u00e9dagogique percutante tout en prot\u00e9geant l\u2019identit\u00e9 du patient sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es.<\/li>\n

A qui s\u2019adresse-t-elle ?<\/h3>\n
Elle s’adresse principalement aux chirurgiens qui souhaitent utiliser la vid\u00e9o chirurgicale comme outil p\u00e9dagogique. La cible initiale est la communaut\u00e9 chirurgicale des groupements hospitaliers AP-HP.Centre et AP-HP.Nord tous deux affili\u00e9s \u00e0 Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9. Mais le site s’adresse aussi \u00e0 tous les chirurgiens francophones et plus largement nous souhaitons toucher les chirurgiens internationaux car le site est bilingue en anglais. Seuls les chirurgiens savent quel aspect de la strat\u00e9gie chirurgicale, quel d\u00e9tail de la gestuelle ou quel rep\u00e8re anatomique est important pour l\u2019enseignement ; il semble donc essentiel que les chirurgiens aient les comp\u00e9tences pour cr\u00e9er eux-m\u00eames les vid\u00e9os chirurgicales p\u00e9dagogiques.<\/p>\n
Peut-on y contribuer\u00a0?<\/h3>\n
L’un des objectifs du site internet est de constituer une communaut\u00e9 de chirurgiens int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par la vid\u00e9o p\u00e9dagogique chirurgicale, nous sommes donc tout \u00e0 fait ouverts aux contributions. La partie \u00ab\u00a0blog\u00a0\u00bb du site internet est g\u00e9r\u00e9 par l‘\u00e9quipe \u00e9ditoriale<\/a>, qui publie r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de nouveaux articles. Cependant il est tout \u00e0 fait possible de nous contacter pour proposer un sujet \u00e0 traiter ou de contribuer directement en \u00e9crivant une actualit\u00e9 (apr\u00e8s validation par l’\u00e9quipe \u00e9ditoriale).<\/p>\nQuelle est la gen\u00e8se de votre projet\u00a0?<\/h3>\n
J’utilise la vid\u00e9o chirurgicale p\u00e9dagogique depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es pour l’enseignement aux internes, c’est un outil qui permet de voir et revoir une s\u00e9quence chirurgicale au fur et \u00e0 mesure de la progression de l’interne, et de mieux expliquer la strat\u00e9gie ou la gestuelle. J’ai encadr\u00e9 deux th\u00e8ses de m\u00e9decine sur la vid\u00e9o chirurgicale p\u00e9dagogique et j’organise des concours de la meilleure vid\u00e9o chirurgicale p\u00e9dagogique dans de nombreux congr\u00e8s internationaux. J’ai aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 premier auteur d’un article de consensus sur comment rendre une vid\u00e9o chirurgicale ORL p\u00e9dagogique et j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9diteur invit\u00e9 dans un journal \u00e0 comit\u00e9 de lecture de quatre num\u00e9ros sp\u00e9ciaux sur les vid\u00e9os chirurgicales. C’est donc un outil que je connais bien, mais je me rappelle de la difficult\u00e9 que j’ai eu \u00e0 me former et la perte de temps que cela \u00e0 induit. Je suis aussi r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement confront\u00e9 aux difficult\u00e9s des internes que j’encadre \u00e0 \u00e9diter des vid\u00e9os, et la m\u00e9connaissance que de nombreux chirurgiens ont des aspects techniques (codec, bitrate, etc.) et du RGPD \u2013 qui est pourtant le plus important pour prot\u00e9ger l’identit\u00e9 du patient.<\/p>\n
Il est donc venu l’id\u00e9e de cr\u00e9er un site internet didactique pour les chirurgiens, pour accompagner \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape. Le Pr Sabine Sarnacki (cheffe de service de chirurgie p\u00e9diatrique \u00e0 Necker que je remercie pour son soutien depuis le d\u00e9part) m’a conseill\u00e9 de postuler \u00e0 des appels \u00e0 projets universitaires pour financer le projet et c’est ainsi que j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 laur\u00e9at avec le Pr Thomas Blanc fin 2021 de l’appel \u00e0 projet IDEX \u00ab\u00a0innovation p\u00e9dagogique\u00a0\u00bb de la Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 (https:\/\/videos-chirurgicales.wordpress-test.app.u-pariscite.fr\/financement-idex\/).<\/p>\n
Nous avons ensuite constitu\u00e9 une \u00e9quipe de 14 chirurgiens<\/a> des diff\u00e9rentes sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s et de diff\u00e9rents sites hospitaliers affili\u00e9s \u00e0 UPCit\u00e9. \u00a0Ensuite nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 le site internet : le service communication de la Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 a pu cr\u00e9er l’arborescence et nous avons sollicit\u00e9 une r\u00e9dactrice web qui a r\u00e9dig\u00e9 avec nous le contenu du site internet de fa\u00e7on optimis\u00e9e pour le r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement. Il s’agit de Mme Lucile Leclercq que je remercie vivement car elle a tout de suite compris la cible et la nature du projet, ce qui a permis d’avancer rapidement. Quels sont les objectifs de la plateforme\u00a0?<\/h3>\n
Il s’agit d’une plateforme didactique<\/a> pour aider les chirurgiens \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des vid\u00e9os chirurgicales p\u00e9dagogiques. Le site peut \u00eatre explor\u00e9 de deux fa\u00e7ons :<\/p>\n Elle s’adresse principalement aux chirurgiens qui souhaitent utiliser la vid\u00e9o chirurgicale comme outil p\u00e9dagogique. La cible initiale est la communaut\u00e9 chirurgicale des groupements hospitaliers AP-HP.Centre et AP-HP.Nord tous deux affili\u00e9s \u00e0 Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9. Mais le site s’adresse aussi \u00e0 tous les chirurgiens francophones et plus largement nous souhaitons toucher les chirurgiens internationaux car le site est bilingue en anglais. Seuls les chirurgiens savent quel aspect de la strat\u00e9gie chirurgicale, quel d\u00e9tail de la gestuelle ou quel rep\u00e8re anatomique est important pour l\u2019enseignement ; il semble donc essentiel que les chirurgiens aient les comp\u00e9tences pour cr\u00e9er eux-m\u00eames les vid\u00e9os chirurgicales p\u00e9dagogiques.<\/p>\n L’un des objectifs du site internet est de constituer une communaut\u00e9 de chirurgiens int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par la vid\u00e9o p\u00e9dagogique chirurgicale, nous sommes donc tout \u00e0 fait ouverts aux contributions. La partie \u00ab\u00a0blog\u00a0\u00bb du site internet est g\u00e9r\u00e9 par l‘\u00e9quipe \u00e9ditoriale<\/a>, qui publie r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de nouveaux articles. Cependant il est tout \u00e0 fait possible de nous contacter pour proposer un sujet \u00e0 traiter ou de contribuer directement en \u00e9crivant une actualit\u00e9 (apr\u00e8s validation par l’\u00e9quipe \u00e9ditoriale).<\/p>\n J’utilise la vid\u00e9o chirurgicale p\u00e9dagogique depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es pour l’enseignement aux internes, c’est un outil qui permet de voir et revoir une s\u00e9quence chirurgicale au fur et \u00e0 mesure de la progression de l’interne, et de mieux expliquer la strat\u00e9gie ou la gestuelle. J’ai encadr\u00e9 deux th\u00e8ses de m\u00e9decine sur la vid\u00e9o chirurgicale p\u00e9dagogique et j’organise des concours de la meilleure vid\u00e9o chirurgicale p\u00e9dagogique dans de nombreux congr\u00e8s internationaux. J’ai aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 premier auteur d’un article de consensus sur comment rendre une vid\u00e9o chirurgicale ORL p\u00e9dagogique et j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9diteur invit\u00e9 dans un journal \u00e0 comit\u00e9 de lecture de quatre num\u00e9ros sp\u00e9ciaux sur les vid\u00e9os chirurgicales. C’est donc un outil que je connais bien, mais je me rappelle de la difficult\u00e9 que j’ai eu \u00e0 me former et la perte de temps que cela \u00e0 induit. Je suis aussi r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement confront\u00e9 aux difficult\u00e9s des internes que j’encadre \u00e0 \u00e9diter des vid\u00e9os, et la m\u00e9connaissance que de nombreux chirurgiens ont des aspects techniques (codec, bitrate, etc.) et du RGPD \u2013 qui est pourtant le plus important pour prot\u00e9ger l’identit\u00e9 du patient.<\/p>\n Il est donc venu l’id\u00e9e de cr\u00e9er un site internet didactique pour les chirurgiens, pour accompagner \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape. Le Pr Sabine Sarnacki (cheffe de service de chirurgie p\u00e9diatrique \u00e0 Necker que je remercie pour son soutien depuis le d\u00e9part) m’a conseill\u00e9 de postuler \u00e0 des appels \u00e0 projets universitaires pour financer le projet et c’est ainsi que j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 laur\u00e9at avec le Pr Thomas Blanc fin 2021 de l’appel \u00e0 projet IDEX \u00ab\u00a0innovation p\u00e9dagogique\u00a0\u00bb de la Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 (https:\/\/videos-chirurgicales.wordpress-test.app.u-pariscite.fr\/financement-idex\/).<\/p>\n Nous avons ensuite constitu\u00e9 une \u00e9quipe de 14 chirurgiens<\/a> des diff\u00e9rentes sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s et de diff\u00e9rents sites hospitaliers affili\u00e9s \u00e0 UPCit\u00e9. \u00a0Ensuite nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 le site internet : le service communication de la Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 a pu cr\u00e9er l’arborescence et nous avons sollicit\u00e9 une r\u00e9dactrice web qui a r\u00e9dig\u00e9 avec nous le contenu du site internet de fa\u00e7on optimis\u00e9e pour le r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement. Il s’agit de Mme Lucile Leclercq que je remercie vivement car elle a tout de suite compris la cible et la nature du projet, ce qui a permis d’avancer rapidement.
