\u00a0<\/strong>Ayant pour mission de favoriser l\u2019interdisciplinarit\u00e9 entre les fili\u00e8res de Sant\u00e9, la Facult\u00e9 co-construit avec les UFRs et les D\u00e9partements universitaires de formation une offre de formation adapt\u00e9e aux enjeux d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et de demain des \u00e9tudiants et des professionnels en activit\u00e9. Dans cet objectif, la Facult\u00e9 favorise les cr\u00e9ations de formation impliquant plusieurs disciplines de sant\u00e9 en Licence comme en Master. Elle promeut les parcours transdisciplinaires aupr\u00e8s de ses \u00e9tudiants pour proposer des temps communs de formation entre les disciplines. Elle travaille \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une licence des M\u00e9tiers de la Sant\u00e9 (LMS) offrant un acc\u00e8s aux \u00e9tudes de Sant\u00e9 compl\u00e9mentaire aux 2 voies d\u2019acc\u00e8s d\u00e9j\u00e0 existantes PASS et LAS.<\/p>\n Elle accompagne \u00e9galement l\u2019universitarisation des disciplines de sant\u00e9 en cr\u00e9ant des d\u00e9partements universitaires de formation en Ma\u00efeutique, en Sciences Infirmi\u00e8res et en Sciences de la R\u00e9\u00e9ducation et de la R\u00e9adaptation. L\u2019ambition est, outre de permettre un cursus LMD, de d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences collaboratives des \u00e9tudiants en sant\u00e9 et de renforcer les compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9s m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n La Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 fait de la transformation et de l\u2019innovation p\u00e9dagogique sa priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les stades de la formation. Avec la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un d\u00e9partement de simulation interdisciplinaire, elle initie et accompagne les projets de p\u00e9dagogie innovante en soutenant les \u00e9tudiants, les enseignants et les soignants en activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n Afin de garantir la r\u00e9ussite et l\u2019\u00e9panouissement des \u00e9tudiants, la Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 souhaite mettre en place un Conseil de la Vie \u00c9tudiante facultaire, en lien avec les associations \u00e9tudiantes. Ce conseil permettra de d\u00e9velopper et structurer toute action visant au bien-\u00eatre des \u00e9tudiants et \u00e0 la participation \u00e0 la p\u00e9dagogie dans les formations de Sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n La Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 est \u00e9galement garante de l\u2019excellence et de la diversit\u00e9 de la formation continue en Sant\u00e9. En d\u00e9veloppant son offre (dipl\u00f4mes et certificats universitaires, formation en BtoB), elle a pour ambition de s\u2019adapter aux attentes des professionnels de Sant\u00e9 et de les accompagner tout au long de leur carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n La Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 r\u00e9unit des structures de recherche, instituts et unit\u00e9s de rang international. Ses objectifs sont de d\u00e9velopper une politique de recherche en coordination avec l\u2019ensemble des acteurs et partenaires, de garantir la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 des cohortes et leur accessibilit\u00e9 aux chercheurs d\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9. En outre, la Facult\u00e9 souhaite favoriser l\u2019\u00e9mergence de grands centres et d\u2019instituts hors les murs et promouvoir une politique active de valorisation et de d\u00e9veloppement de partenariat.<\/p>\n L\u2019ouverture sur le monde et l\u2019internationalisation de son offre de formation sont des priorit\u00e9s de la Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9. Avec la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un P\u00f4le Relations Internationales, elle initie, d\u00e9veloppe et coordonne la mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9tudiante et des personnels, les r\u00e9ponses aux appels \u00e0 projets ainsi que l\u2019internationalisation scientifique et p\u00e9dagogique de la formation initiale et continue.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>La cr\u00e9ation de la Facult\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 est l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de mener une r\u00e9flexion collective, aux niveaux politique et op\u00e9rationnel, sur la mise en place de nouveaux projets et de nouvelles pratiques professionnelles en s\u2019appuyant sur le principe de subsidiarit\u00e9. Optimiser le service rendu aux usagers et permettre une qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail font partie des missions de la Facult\u00e9. Pour cela, elle accompagne les communaut\u00e9s et est garante de la qualit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es.
