En plus de poursuivre ses recherches th\u00e9matiques de statistique et de biostatistique sp\u00e9cifiques, l\u2019objectif de notre \u00e9quipe au sein de la facult\u00e9 est de r\u00e9pondre la double demande de traitement et de mod\u00e9lisation des donn\u00e9es biologiques produites par les diverses \u00e9quipes de recherche locales. Dans ce dernier contexte, la vocation de notre \u00e9quipe est non seulement d\u2019intervenir en aval pour traiter les donn\u00e9es produites mais aussi en amont pour aider \u00e0 la calibration et \u00e0 l\u2019analyse des \u00e9tudes \u00e0 travers une mod\u00e9lisation adapt\u00e9e. Notre \u00e9quipe se veut, de plus, \u00eatre un point d\u2019accueil et de regroupement des forces vives existantes au sein de la facult\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9e dans le traitement et la mod\u00e9lisation des donn\u00e9es. En ce sens, elle se veut d\u2019\u00eatre le lieu de mise en commun de connaissances scientifiques en lien avec les donn\u00e9es biologiques et \u00eatre le moteur de discussions autour des th\u00e9matiques qui y sont li\u00e9es. La richesse de l\u2019\u00e9quipe provient essentiellement des diff\u00e9rentes comp\u00e9tences de ses membres aussi bien en terme m\u00e9thodologique qu\u2019en terme applicatif. Par son positionnement autonome d\u2019aide et de service \u00e0 une communaut\u00e9 mixte, il est souhaitable pour favoriser cette richesse de poursuivre son d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n

Notre objectif est d\u2019accro\u00eetre les connaissances sur la formation et les fonctions du placenta humain afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le d\u00e9pistage pr\u00e9coce (biomarqueurs, imagerie) et la prise en charge des principales pathologies de la grossesse associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une dysfonction placentaire. Nos recherches sont cibl\u00e9es sur l\u2019\u00e9tude du d\u00e9veloppement de la villosit\u00e9 choriale flottante du placenta humain et de ses fonctions qui \u00e9voluent de fa\u00e7on majeure tout au long de la grossesse.<\/p>\n

L’UMR 1140 Inserm \/ Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, dirig\u00e9e par le Pr Pascale Gaussem (PU-PH) et le Dr Catherine Boisson-Vidal (DR2, CNRS), regroupe 20 chercheurs, enseignants chercheurs scientifiques, m\u00e9decins et pharmaciens travaillant dans le domaine de l\u2019h\u00e9mostase et de la biologie vasculaire.<\/p>\n

Les \u00e9quipes gravitent autour des vastes sujets de recherche notamment : l\u2019inflammation de divers organes (reins, intestins, foie); la r\u00e9gulation de l\u2019antig\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sentation; le r\u00f4le des mastocytes et des basophiles dans l\u2019inflammation auto-immune et st\u00e9rile ou encore\u00a0 la contribution de les phagocytes et les NADPH-oxydases ainsi que le fer h\u00e9mique \u00e0 une maladie inflammatoire.<\/p>\n

L\u2019interface entre inflammation et cancer du foie et du pancr\u00e9as ; h\u00e9patite virale ; la r\u00e9ponse de l\u2019intestin \u00e0 la chirurgie ; ou encore l\u2019utilisation des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019imagerie pour d\u00e9tecter et quantifier la gravit\u00e9 de l\u2019inflammation et de la fibrose ainsi que du cancer viennent compl\u00e9ter le grand \u00e9ventail de th\u00e9matiques traites par les \u00e9quipes de recherche du CRI<\/p>\n

IAME \u2013 Infection, Antimicrobiens, Modelisation, Evolution<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our laboratory, entitled\u00a0IAME\u00a0<\/strong>for\u00a0\u201cInfection, Antimicrobials, Modelling, Evolution\u201d<\/strong>, is an alliance from basic to clinical and population-based research towards medical progress in the fight against infectious diseases. Created in 2014, it belongs to the French Institute for Medical Research (INSERM), to the Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 and to the University Sorbonne Paris Nord. It depends of two departments of the French Life Sciences and Healthcare Alliance (AVIESAN), Infectious Diseases and Public Health. Located at the Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 \/ Bichat Medical School campus in the north of Paris and connected to several University Hospitals in close proximity, it provides a unique opportunity to mix basic scientists and clinicians involved in infectious disease research.<\/p>\n

LVTS \u2013 Laboratoire De Recherche Vasculaire Translationnelle<\/strong><\/p>\n

The general objectives of the LVTS are the understanding of the\u00a0physiological mechanisms<\/strong>\u00a0by basic science approaches but also through large clinical trials, development of new diagnostic (markers and imaging) and new therapeutic\/biomaterial strategies\u00a0: identification of new targets, development of new molecules, validated by clinical trials.<\/p>\n

To carry out these projects,\u00a0translational human and technological skills<\/strong>\u00a0include clinical databases and assays, translational clinical investigations (carotid stenosis, aneurysms and dissections of the ascending aorta, Biocore), human tissue and cell biobanks, numerous experimental models of disease (transgenic mice, rats, rabbits), new methods in molecular and cell biology (proteomics, genetics & epigenetics, protein engineering, flow cytometry), chemistry of biopolymers, elaboration of biomaterials and nanosystems, and imaging technologies in small animals and in humans (Nuclear Imaging, Ultrasound and MRI).<\/p>\n

Physiopathologie Et Epidemiologie Des Maladies Respiratoires<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le projet de recherche de l’UMR 1152 est ax\u00e9 sur l’identification des facteurs et m\u00e9canismes sous-jacents l’apparition et la progression des maladies pulmonaires aigu\u00ebs et chroniques, comme l’asthme, la BPCO\/emphys\u00e8me, la fibrose pulmonaire et le ALI\/SDRA.<\/p>\n

En parall\u00e8le, nous \u00e9largissons notre int\u00e9r\u00eat sur l’immunit\u00e9 inn\u00e9e contre les infections pulmonaires et sur les diff\u00e9rents aspects et les complications de la greffe du poumon, ce dernier axe th\u00e9matique \u00e9tant abord\u00e9 par les membres du Service de la Pneumologie B et du d\u00e9partement de Chirurgie thoracique de l’H\u00f4pital Bichat.<\/p>\n

Ce\u00a0laboratoire de neurosciences\u00a0est dirig\u00e9 par Pierre Gressens, directeur de recherche \u00e0 l\u2019Inserm (France) et professeur de neurologie f\u0153tale et n\u00e9onatale au King\u2019s College \u00e0 Londres (Royaume-Uni). Les \u00e9quipes du laboratoire travaillent sur la compr\u00e9hension des m\u00e9canismes qui alt\u00e8rent le\u00a0fonctionnement du cerveauen d\u00e9veloppement depuis le f\u0153tus jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019adolescent, que les origines des dysfonctionnements soient g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques ou acquises (comme suite \u00e0 une infection ou \u00e0 un traumatisme physique par exemple) et que les maladies soient fr\u00e9quentes ou ne touchent qu\u2019un petit nombre de patients (maladies rares).<\/p>\n

L’unit\u00e9 INSERM U1132 \u00ab Biologie de l’os et du cartilage \u00bb se caract\u00e9rise par une th\u00e9matique centr\u00e9e sur les pathologies ost\u00e9o-articulaires chroniques et dont le but est la compr\u00e9hension des m\u00e9canismes des maladies invalidantes et un ciblage th\u00e9rapeutique sp\u00e9cifique et d’\u00e9largir aux pathologies ost\u00e9o-articulaires les plus fr\u00e9quentes qui se positionnent au 3\u00b0 rang mondial des maladies chroniques et qui constituent le recrutement pr\u00e9dominant de nos cohortes. Elles incluent les pathologies osseuses (ost\u00e9oporose, os tumoral) et les pathologies articulaires (arthrose et les maladies microcristallines comme la goutte, chondrocalcinose).<\/p>\n

MASCOT \u2013 Marqueurs Cardiovasculaires En Situations De Stress<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le th\u00e8me de recherche de l’\u00e9quipe est de : 1. Identifier des mono ou poly-marqueurs diagnostiques et\/ou pr\u00e9dictifs du risque \u00e9volutif (d\u00e9c\u00e8s, insuffisance cardiaque, troubles du rythme) dans l’insuffisance cardiaque ou les troubles du rythme, test\u00e9s \u00e0 la fois chez l’animal et chez le patient, et \u00e9tudier les voies de production ou d’action de ces marqueurs dans des mod\u00e8les exp\u00e9rimentaux. 2. Valider ces biomarqueurs d’int\u00e9r\u00eat identifi\u00e9s, et les comparer \u00e0 ceux actuellement utilis\u00e9s en clinique (imagerie cardiaque, \u00e9preuves physiologiques d’effort notamment), sur nos cohortes mono ou multicentriques de patients parfaitement ph\u00e9notyp\u00e9s en insuffisance cardiaque aigu\u00eb ou chronique, ou avec troubles du rythme graves.<\/p>\n

Le laboratoire de Biologie, Bioing\u00e9nierie et Bioimagerie Ost\u00e9o-Articulaires (B3OA) UMR CNRS 7052 INSERM U1271 est une unit\u00e9 mixte de recherche, sous tutelle de l\u2019Institut des Sciences de l\u2019Ing\u00e9nierie et des Syst\u00e8mes du CNRS\u00a0<\/i><\/a>, de l\u2019INSERM\u00a0<\/i><\/a>, de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9\u00a0<\/i><\/a>\u00a0et de l\u2019Ecole Nationale V\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire de Maisons-Alfort\u00a0<\/i><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 1977, le laboratoire B3OA a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une expertise mondialement reconnue pour la reconstruction et l\u2019imagerie des tissus squelettiques.
