Le Colloque Roberta Brayner – When Matter Interacts With Life<\/em> sera anim\u00e9 par des prestigieux scientifiques ayant travaill\u00e9 en collaboration avec Roberta Brayner, sur des projets \u00e0 fort caract\u00e8re transdisciplinaire et international. Les th\u00e8mes mettent en avant l\u2019interaction des mat\u00e9riaux avec des algues, des bact\u00e9ries, des tissus osseux et d\u2019une mani\u00e8re plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, leur impact sur l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n

Cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition du Colloque se d\u00e9roulera pendant une apr\u00e8s-midi et sera suivie d\u2019un ap\u00e9ro dinatoire avec une musicalisation en live de Choro et Bossa Nova, des rythmes embl\u00e9matiques de la culture br\u00e9silienne, pour lesquels Roberta \u00e9tait si passionn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Roberta Brayner:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Roberta Brayner, d\u2019origine Br\u00e9silienne, a rejoint la France en 1997 apr\u00e8s l\u2019obtention de son Master en Science des Mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs de Lorena (USP, S\u00e3o Paulo)<\/a>. Apr\u00e8s son doctorat, obtenu en 2001 et r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sous la direction du Pr. Fran\u00e7ois Bozon-Verduraz, elle a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un ATER et un stage post-doctoral au sein du Laboratoire de Chimie de la Mati\u00e8re Condens\u00e9e (LCMC).<\/a><\/p>\n

Ma\u00eetre de Conf\u00e9rences au Laboratoire ITODYS<\/a> depuis 2003, Roberta a poursuivi une voie \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque originale et tr\u00e8s peu explor\u00e9e, en utilisant des microalgues pour synth\u00e9tiser des nanoparticules m\u00e9talliques ; et a toujours positionn\u00e9 ses travaux \u00e0 l\u2019interface de la Science des Mat\u00e9riaux, la Chimie, la Physique, l\u2019Environnement et la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n

En participant au bureau Nanoscience & Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du C\u2019Nano \u00cele de France<\/a>, Roberta a travaill\u00e9 non seulement sur les aspects techniques et scientifiques de sa recherche d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s branch\u00e9e, mais aussi sur les implications politiques, \u00e9conomiques, environnementales et \u00e9thiques des nanotechnologies.<\/p>\n

Roberta avait une production scientifique tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9e, avec des nombreux articles, encadrement d\u2019\u00e9tudiants, participation \u00e0 des Conseils \u00e0 niveau institutionnel ou national, organisation d’\u00e9v\u00e9nements scientifiques, participation \u00e0 des exp\u00e9ditions, collaborations internationales, des missions et des projets scientifiques. Sa disparition \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 48 ans et en plein d\u00e9veloppement scientifique nous a priv\u00e9 non seulement d\u2019une scientifique profond\u00e9ment passionn\u00e9e par tous les aspects de sa recherche, mais aussi d\u2019une personne joyeuse, sensible et g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
