z_index_tablet=\u00a0\u00bb500&Prime;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Description du poste<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif principal du stage est d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier exp\u00e9rimentalement les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectriques (\u03c3), thermo\u00e9lectriques (S) et thermiques (k) de dispositifs bas\u00e9s sur du graph\u00e8ne nanostructur\u00e9, le mat\u00e9riau 2D de choix pour ce projet agissant comme \u00e9l\u00e9ment thermo\u00e9lectrique. La nanostructuration sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par nanolithographie (r\u00e9seau de trous) ou par fonctionnalisation de surface (\u00e9lectrogreffage) dans le but de r\u00e9duire le libre parcours moyen des phonons sans affecter de mani\u00e8re significative le libre parcours moyen des \u00e9lectrons. Cela permettra d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement le facteur de m\u00e9rite. dans notre laboratoire un couplage entre l'activit\u00e9 de recherche GHz et les dispositifs organiques spintroniques. Il sera en charge de la nanofabrication, de la caract\u00e9risation et des mesures des dispositifs. Les m\u00e9thodes et techniques suivantes seront utilis\u00e9es : micro et nanofabrication en salle blanche, caract\u00e9risations structurelles par microscope \u00e0 force atomique, mesures de transport \u00e9lectrique et magn\u00e9totransport de 1K \u00e0 300K.<\/p><p>.
